Is this fair? I'm not sure on the unicorn thing's demand.

I would get a second opinion for rarity, but demand wise I don't think it's worth it. As far as I'm aware the demand of the nick unicorn isn't too high. The Halloween Cat has (I'm pretty sure) good demand, but the tinsel horse doesn't. And as I'm pretty sure that you'll probably already know, the demand of the Raven Dog and the Shima Long Tail is sky-high. Also, personal demand counts. If you don't value the demand of the Shima + Raven dog as much as others definitely do it, because the Nick unicorn is just above the main list gap.

Just a reminder though to get a second opinion, as I'm still learning rarity.

List and rarity wise this is huge overpay as the unicorn is a mainlist and the raven is only an advent, and the shima isn't even a list.
However the unicorn, as with all nick pets, have very little demand. The unicorn is slightly higher as it is an OMG so rare, but you'll be hard pressed to find a fair trader, let alone any major overpay. The cat and tess horse have little demand too, but the cat would have the most of the 4.

Take off the items from your side and it's about fair, I believe. Their pet is worth around 6-7 '09 rares while each of your list pets are worth 3-4 '09 rares.
