"But I will be okay eventually. I won't die here on the ground, which means I'm perfectly fine." Darkwing said with a half-smile, amusement glinting in his eyes even as his vision blurred. How many warriors had they brought with them again? Nine? It certainly looked like it. He moved himself so the clan leader could retrieve her deputy from his place on the ground. Had Mistystar always had six eyes? "'Hope Stormjaw's okay. He took quite the . . . hit. Mmm." Darkwing blinked rapidly and practically collapsed against Iceleap. "Sorry Ice." He murmured, blindly placing one foot in the front of the other in an effort to keep moving.

Iceleap looked at Darkwing. "Okay." she mewed and took the lead.

Darkwing fell into step beside Iceleap - well, she was more or less carrying all of his weight as he pathetically stumbled around to try and keep up - but regardless he was grateful for her willingness to help him. "Sorry 'bout this, Ice." He breathed as they moved down the path that led back to camp. "Wish I would've found the badger sooner. Then it wouldn't have surprised us. How's your shoulder? Are you okay? I shouldn't be leaning on you, you're hurt enough." He wanted to move away so she didn't have to support him anymore, but Darkwing simply couldn't find the strength. He tried anyway out of stubbornness, but failed and had to lean against her again. "I'm sorry Icy."

she padded over to her deputy and scooped him up onto her back and carefully carried him back to the camp despite the weight she was carrying.

Firegaze waited at the entrance, since she hadn't been picked to go on the patrol. "What happened?" She asked when the cats got in sight.

Lionfur looked around and saw Russetflame.
