Personally, (Don't kill me, mods!) I think it shouldn't have been locked. Unless the rules changed or something of that sort, I have seen images even more bloody/gory on the Oekaki, and they didn't get locked. This is only my thought on it...

By the way, great drawing! I love it even better than the first.
