No it's not.

An early 09 rare/very rare ranging from January to April is worth between 35 and 40C$!
A mid 09 rare/very rare ranging from May to August is worth between 30 and 35C$
A late 09 rare/very rare ranging from September to December is worth between 25-30C$

So the maximum value there is a early 2009 VR, which would be worth 40 C$.

C$ prices don't add up like pet values do because C$ is bought with real money.

The way you do C$ values is you total up the value of the pets and convert that into their C$ value. You don't add up the C$ values of each pet.

A 2013 store pet + a late 2009 rare (the pet had an extended release) = roughly a mid 2009 very rare or 35 C$ not 55 C$.
