Okay, now this creepy voice has forced me to go to the mall and act like Popular, I… have to. *groan* Well, whatever the Voice says, I’m still going to bring you with me. I’ll better go….

This is everyone at the… mall that are coming with Snowy. At least I know some of them….



Snowy: Finally, we have a new student that is worthy of being a Popular - Azure Sapphire, daughter of the great movie star Ava Sapphire! Now, girls -

Creek: I don't really know what kind of movie you're talking about... I'd rather be out with my camera.

So, yeah - Snowy dragged me around the place and got me... new clothes. But I didn't wear them cause I told her I needed this 'costume' for the next movie... and I couldn't ruin it. Not like I care about it, anyways..... I've got 10 billion 4 shopping bags already... At least Snowy's called it a day. And I'm strolling in the mall, trying to look normal. Ugh. Actually, I got lost, but no one cares, right?

Voice: I care. Be cautious - they are about.
Me: Who? What? *spots them* Oh, them.



Shadow: *walks up* Ah, the new student.... You seem -
Soul: Another Popular? Well -
Voice: Get rid of them. Make an excuse. Say any excuse!
Me: Any excuse!
Soul: Hmm? What -
Shadow: *narrows eyes* Do... you hear anything?
Me: Ah.... You? And me?
Soul: And me!
Me: *looks around wildly* I... I.... Oh, hi..... *spots random dog* Mom!
Shadow: Your... Mom? *quickly backs away and drags Soul away as well*
Random Dog: Mom?
Me: Erm.... I mean the dog behind you. *quickly runs past*
Voice: That was a close call. Hopefully, you will not encounter any of them again. I suggest the safest place you can stay in is.... your dorm.
Me: Which one?
Voice: ..... You have a new one. You're with.... Snowy.
Me: What?! Why not -
Voice: Silence. Normal walking.
Me: .... *starts pretending to look at shop windows* Ugh, this is boring....
Voice: Good... You must be casual. They have stopped following you -
Me: What?! They were stalking -

Me: *rolls eyes* Yeah, yeah, right.

So the voice continued whispering in my ear - the exact same thing, 106 times. Ugh. Well, I'm hidden behind a tree, writing... I don't think I'll get any peace in my new dorm.... Well, I guess I'll put you down for now. I don't want to look like... I'm going to the bathroom by this tree. See -

Voice: Stop writing!
Me: I AM GOING - to.

Anyways, see you later, Hawk. Hopefully, they leave... Or I'll.... do something. YES! I'd... use pink paint and draw stripes on their fur! Well, time to.... get back to my dorm. See you.... and hope I survive the night.... and the next morning too.

I… managed to live, but I think I’m blind…. Blinded by the colour pink. Ugh. Well, this is what happened…

Me: *gets back from ‘shopping’ trip*
Snowy: *notices me* AZURE! I…. moved Sunny out of my dorm just for you! Anyways, do you like my completely fashionable nails?
Me: Erm… *peers over*

Okay, let me make it… short. Her nails were all shiny with polish and stuff, painted hot pink. It was encrusted with… gemstones?

Me: Is… it heavy?
Snowy: I’d, like, love to have the real gemstones, but the only shop nearby was the artshop! I know! Would you like to make your nails, like, completely fashionable?
Me: Erm…. I…. I need this costume…. for the next movie my mum’s planning. I’m… being the… erm… Cyberspace Guardian!
Snowy: Ooh! Tell me all about it! *sits down on a slightly lighter pink cushion* It doesn't seem like, the fashionable role, but I've got like, all the time in the world to hear what's the movie about.
Me: Erm.... I... Voice, help me!

Me: I.... Well, the movie's about... *remembers a project I've been doing* a girl who's on the computer.

I managed to escape outside and hide behind a tree. The moonlight and the lamps lit the main part of the street, but there weren't anyone out at all. Shadows shrouded my snout as I turned away from the light. At least nobody would have seen me talking to the Voice.

Me: Okay, Voice... Reveal yourself!
Voice: I cannot reveal myself until time is right. You must continue to act out your role, Azure.
Me: I won't until you show yourself.
Voice: I am only protecting you from harm. Shadowheart and Soulstealer will hunt you down if they knew who you are behind the mask.
Me: But I hate acting like a Popular!
Voice: It will give extra protection. They have less chance of guessing if you are a Popular.
Me: Then can you show yourself?!
Voice: .... No. Only when time is right....
Me: *groans* Fine -
???: What do you mean, movie star at the mall! Geez, your eyes must be -

I slowly turned around, still behind the tree, to peer at the three figures through the leaves.



Orian: Now, I have no idea why you guys are bombing me with questions, but you better get out of my face before I *shows claws* claw you. Maybe to death.
Soul: Death?! But Shadow -
Shadow: I am merely asking you one question and you do not respond. Now, tell me - there was a girl that went to another school. You might have heard of her...
Orian: Yeah, yeah, whatever. I was just told I looked like her, but I'm a guy. Seriously! *turns around and walks off*
Shadow: Hmm....
Soul: Oh! I think I see someone else! Let me ask!
Shadow: Wait -
Soul: *runs off* Hey, you, have you ever seen a girl called Skyler around here?!



Me: Alex? What is she doing here out in the night? In fact, why is Orian out here talking to them too?
Shadow: *flicks tail* Did you hear anything, Soul?
Soul: *ignores him* So, whatever your name is, answer me!
Alex: Get away from me! *snatches something out of bag* GET AWAY FROM ME! *throws... her homework?*
Soul: *grabs it* Hey, this was due two days ago!

Then I heard a rustle above my head. I looked up... and saw Hannah, or Ann, as I'd call her. So I don't get mixed up.



Ann: *busily writing in a book* Really, those Populars....
Me: Hey, Ann.... What are you doing?
Ann: Hmm? Who are you? What?
Me: Don't let them *nods at Shadow and Soul* know I'm here.
Ann: Okay... Do you know me?
Me: Erm... I'm a new student and... no, I don't know you.
Ann: Didn't you just say my.... name?
Me: You must have... heard wrong. Just ignore me... *sneaks off to hide behind another tree*

While I was hiding around, I saw Soul walk into the school, and head upstairs to the boys dorm. I watched as Shadow went up too, then I quickly and quietly flew over to the window, still out of sight. I spotted them talking to two of the new boys.



Lucas: *looks up from whatever he's doing - tinkering, I suppose, like Xavier?* Why did a jock bring an Emo into our dorm?
Shadow: I need -
Lucas: Because the jock wanted to cross the road! Wait - that's the wrong joke -
Soul: You seen a girl called Skyler 'round here?
Lucas: I don't know... But I heard she was kinda cool. The Three-Prank event, right?
Soul: Three prank event?
Shadow: Have you seen her yesterday?
Cristo: *still reading*
Soul: Listen up! *pokes him*
Cristo: Hmm? Visitors? Well, hello there... Would you like to read this book? It is truly interesting -
Soul: Books stink. *rolls eyes and turns back to Lucas* Have you -
Lucas: I'm getting tired of you, ¡Fuera de aquí!
Shadow: All of them are useless.
Soul: What are you -
Shadow: *pulls him out of the room*
Cristo: Do I hear something? *looks out the window*
Me: *quickly flies under the window and back to the tree again*

I spotted Shadow and Soul talk to a couple of passing dogs (I don't really know them), but they left grumbling. Yay. Then they went back outside, where Silver was crouched down with a pack of... birdseed.



Silver: You poor sparrows! It must be cold out here, and you must be hungry. *tosses some birdseed at them*
Sparrows: Tweet! Chirp! *pecks at birdseed*
Soul: *runs outside* HEY, LOOK, ANOTHER KID!
Sparrows: CHEEP! *flies off*
Silver: How dare you scare away the poor sparrows! They were hungry and cold, so I was feeding them - and you scared them away!
Soul: Whatever! Who cares about birds!
Silver: How dare you talk to birds that way! *pulls a... bow and an arrow from out of her bag?*
Soul: What are you going to -
Silver: *shoots him* You're lucky this arrow is just one of those toy ones, without the sharp point. Why is it in my bag anyways?
Soul: OWWWWWWW!!!!!!
Shadow: *walks out* Have you -
Silver: *flies off*
Shadow: ..... Shut your jaws. *slaps Soul*
Soul: OWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!

While Soul was screaming whispering "Owwwww!", Shadow suddenly smiled. It's creepy seeing some guy like him... Smile like that.

Shadow: Ah, I know... *drags Soul back up to the boys dorm*
Me: *watches from the window*
Shadow: *enters a room, still dragging Soul*

Inside the room, there was only... Xander. Oh, no... I think -



Shadow: Hey, Xander, have you seen your girlfriend -
Xander: *jumps up* You - You've seen her? Tell me -
Shadow: *crafty smile* Well, I think I saw someone kidnapping her... I took a photo. Who is he? *gives photo*

I managed to take a photo.... Of the photo. And I realized...



Xander: CHARLEY?! How dare he steal her! She chose -
Shadow: Quiet. We can help you....

So while they talked, I debated if I should fly in and correct him. But Xander won't believe me, when I look like a Popular... So I guess I'll have to wait.

When I finally returned to the dorm, Snowy was putting on those water snout mask things.

Me: ..... I think I'm going to bed now.
Snowy: You must put on this! *sticks out another snout mask at me* It will improve -
Me: ..... No -
Voice: Take it.
Me: Yes... please. *inside groan*

So, now - Snowy's sleeping, and I'm sitting on the bed writing in you. I really want to rip that mask off my snout right now, but I can't... because the Voice will get mad at me. Well, see you, Hawk.

Today, I managed... to do some research! On.... Ava Sapphire's movies, which I found like a billion off them on PawTube. Here is one of the parts which I managed to snap some photos of....

(My... supposed brother, Adam Sapphire. The girl beside him is.... Me? With dyed fur, different hair-do.... And a ridiculous bunny ear headband thing.)

Adam: My love, I have reunited with you again. You shall not ever be snatched away by the demons. I will be here to protect you, my dear.
Me (Behind the computer screen): *nearly throws up* You... You guys are siblings... Why....
Azure: Thank you... For saving me... From those... horrible demons.
Adam: Anything for you, dove.
???: Ha! You think we are really gone?! *grabs Azure* (I don't have a picture of the demon, but that's because I turned off the computer because the demon just looked... Too real. But I still listened to the talking, I just covered my eyes.)
Azure: *screams* Ahhhh! Help me!
Adam: Don't worry! *the sound of pawsteps and wingbeats*
Demon: Ha! You useless hero, thinking it's all over! Love will never keep you together! *wingbeats - probably flew off*

So, my guess - Ava does romance movies. Ugh. Well, maybe not so disgusting... Because of Xander.... I miss being with him... Well, right now, I'm sitting in the dorm, all alone. Just to say, the Cyber Wings did work quite well. I stopped myself before I hit the ground and flew outside. I landed and heard a soft ring - ring - ring noise.

Jewel: May.... be. Tobias convinced me - actually dared me - to ask you... If you are really a girl called... Skyler. I guess that's barely any chance, but....
