Can someone tell me if these are fair please? They are both bids in my Cheshire cat auction

they are both somewhat overpays on their side. The cheshire cat is just a store pet from '12 that a lot of people are interested in.
the cheshire is worth around a mid '09 rare.
the tess horse is also from '08.
