if it is put in front of a gif, then it brings your eyes away from its beauty

Personally, I'd make the little like brackets above and below your text longer, they look as is.
Otherwise I think your sig is absolute perfection! I always find myself liking plain signatures a lot, but I don't find this one plain. I think.. well it's nice and organized, and I like smaller signatures, a lot. :)
