According to C$ value, 3 PPS seal dogs would be overpay because one is worth 70. 70 x 3 = 210, while the Pink Patch is valued at 170 - 190 C$.
Otherwise, I am unsure. Please do not believe this is an unfair trade for the PPS seal dogs.

Value's in C$ Is only to be used when C$ is involved in the trade. Seal dogs are worth 6 '09 rares +an '09 uncommon. 3x6=18, and the Pink september is worth 28. The '09 uncommons add up to about an '11 rare. Which means that it's unfair to the Pink sept by an high advent.

Aye, yes, I'm not sure about values of the list pets so I base it on C$ values, which is why I always ask around here.
I don't know why it's like that, shouldn't there be a 'base value'? Like, let's say a rare goes for 20 C$, then an uncommon would go for 10, since 2 UC = 1 rare, and a common would go for about 2-3 C$, but oh well.

Unfortunately that method would not work. For e.g an Mid advent is worth 75C$ and an pink sept is worth 4 mid advents, but their only worth 170-190 C$, which would not add up to.
Same goes to '09 rares and such, they are worth 35C$. Mid advents are worth 7, but they are only worth 75C$.

Rarity math does not work, it has never worked. If we were to pay 980C$ for an pink patchy september (28x35) it would be ridiculous. Keep in mind 1 USD=19C$.
