Orcinus is a very passive aggressive and constantly in motion Plumerian. He doesn't like to be kept waiting, and will easily become aggravated and yet refuse to speak. They considers theirself to be considerate, although others may view them as overly clingy and attention-seeking, even when he doesn't mean to attract attention. If left alone, or waiting for too long, they will often wander off and not return. He can be called a restless wanderer, with their attention being hard to catch.
