1X1 With Weeping_Angel }Y{: Majesty and Nagen

[Maxella Roe]

Nagen flicked his ears at her hesitation. Ken could be a lot of fun, but sometimes, he was just a handful. Especially when he was working on something. He twitched his tail and walked up to his roommate as he started banging on something.
"Uh, Ken? You think maybe we could put the art projects away for now since we have a guest over?" He asked, sounding much more polite than he had intended to. Ken raised his head and flicked his ears, considering what Nagen had said. "Of course. I'm sorry. I'm just in a bit of a hurry to get this done." he rushed back to his project and noisily began to move it into a different room of many, dug out to create more space for them. "My apologies. How rude of me to act in such a manner when company is about."
Nagen sighed with relief and stepped back up beside Majesty, hoping a second impression would go over a bit better.

Majesty laughs again. "Oh, it's fine. You were absorbed in your work. I get it. Sometimes it can be hard to pull out your head once you get it stuck in an idea." She nuzzles Nagen's cheek. "Besides, if you had come to my home when I was in the middle of preparing crystals to grow I probably would have ignored you more than you did me."

"A sigh of relief then." Kenneth grinned. "You're in time for supper. Nagen is a wonderful cook if you give him the chance to put something together. His Cajun makes me drool!" Kenneth licked his lips, thinking of the wonderful dishes Nagen might put together for them.
"Well, I'm not that good a cook, actually, I_" he started, feeling rather flustered, but Kenneth draped a foreleg over his shoulders. "Aw, come on Gen-Gen, cook something for your lady-guest." he urged with a mischievous grin.

"Oh, it's okay. You don't need to make anything special just for me. Honestly, I'd be fine with something really simple." She usually only ate berries anyway. Not that she would be rude and refuse dinner if he wanted to make something.

"Cajun!" Kenneth pounded his fists on the hockey puck, rather eagerly, and Nagen sighed. "What if I don't_"
"Cajun!" Kenneth repeated.
"But I don't know if Majesty_"
"Cajun!"
"You're not going to let me get a word in edgewi_"
"Cajun!"
"Alright!" Nagen flicked his ears in his irritation. "I'll make you guys some Cajun." he said. Although, he was curious as to how she might react to his cooking, and found himself rather eager to get started.

Majesty smiled, but shook her head with a few 'tsk's. "Ken, you should be more polite," she reprimands gently. "Nagen is your friend, treat him like it."

Kenneth pretended to be offended. "Why, I am being a good friend. Good friends force their best friends to cook for their ladyfriends." he said in a mock tone of offense.
"It's alright Majesty, I haven't cooked anything in awhile. Besides, I'm used it. Ken and I actually do this to each other a lot. So I'm no less guilty of doing that than he is."
Kenneth stuck his tongue out smugly.

Majesty laughed, shaking her head in amusement. "Just don't do that to me, and we won't have any problems," she teases, scuffing her paw in the dirt. "Would you like my help or should I...?"

Nagen flicked his ears, heading toward the tunnels. "Golly gee wiz Kenneth!" he exclaimed, wriggling into the tunnel. "Majesty, you may come and help me if you like." Nagen offered.
Kenneth pranced over to the mouth of his glorious tunnel and squeezed inside after Nagen. "Quit your complainin' whiner!" He said. Nagen groaned.
"Do it for the sake of the art!" Kenneth laughed. Nagen grouched louder.

Majesty laughed and followed the pair of friends through the small tunnel. "What will we be having for dinner?" she asks politely, wagging her tail slightly in anticipation, being careful not to hit the walls.
