If you know your pixel measurements, how big are you looking to have it?

Um... Not quite sure. I was aiming to try and fit it in there without have to expand the frame's height. Width is fine, as long as I can still write next to the frame...

that really doesn't sound like an overlay, it sounds more like simple coding
you just use the left and right code and then put text in the center
otherwise i have no idea what you mean
