"I... alright, then," he spoke in a quiet tone before crawling up onto Jason's back. He shifted his paws a bit before laying down. He didn't speak up again, ears lowered slightly.

As a glisten of light from water grew visible, she meowed, happy that she hadn't gotten lost.

Singara shifted slightly as Jason started walking to readjust, then tilted his head down, lightly nudging his nose on Jason's shoulder briefly before laying his head down. His breath steadied gradually as he relaxed, and he lightly rubbed his forehead's jewel before laying his paw back down. "...Thank you," he murmured, smiling faintly, oddly comfortable where he was.
