What is a Plate Dragon?
A Plate Dragon is a fluffy type dragon. They have 'Scale Feathers' on the side of their cheeks and on their butts! They have scales in most places; Face, Legs, Tail. They also have a Spike on their tail that range in shape along with different horns for protection. They live in jungles or forests and range from the size of a toy poodle to a wolf as kids then grow to the size of a lion. They are venomous but they only use their venom when in danger so they're no threats to Humans! They are feisty but you'll be lucky to catch one if it likes you.

anyway, here's a new PD. the first person to correctly guess what he's based on will receive a runner up if they don't win! haha, I feel like it's pretty easy to guess, but maybe I'm biased. either way, you don't need to totally base his character on what he's based off of.

How did he get that scar on his neck?: he got to close to a running fan that didnt have a cover thing on it and ended up with the scar

How did he get that scar on his neck?: He was playing with friends when he was younger, but one of the more short-tempered plate dragons got upset and the group of youngsters began to fight. Cosmo wanted nothing of it and tried to hide, but was caught by the raging plate dragon and he was lashed out on. The frightened Cosmo passed out, and when he woke up, he found the wound on his neck. It turned into a scar as time passed.
What is he inspired by?: He reminds me a bit of Steven Universe, especially that star. I seriously doubt that's right, but hey, I tried xD

How did he get that scar on his neck?: Sombra is a fiesty, little creature. When he was younger, he'd ALWAYS get into fights. Especially with those older than him. One day, he challenged a bigger, stronger, and crazier plate dragon. Well, you know how the rest of the story goes--The elder one gave him that scar to show him his place.
(optional) what is he inspired by?: He reminds me of King Sombra from MLP;FiM.
