Started working on my form for Kenny. Part of my form is a few letter's he's written to his dead parents. I've finished one and I'm working on the other. Here's the first one below, based on a letter he wrote three years ago, when he was 10 11:

June 27th - 2012

Dear Mom and Dad,

It's been two days now since your death. And.. My birthday. Heh, how's that? My birthday's also the anniversary of your death. Why? Why had I convinced us to go to that stupid restaurant for my birthday dinner?

I.. Know you won't respond to these letters. I mean- you guys are.. dead. You can't. But.. I feel as if I need to write to you guys. So I don't forget about you. WHY? Why did you have to DIE? Why couldn't the man driving the logging truck have a day off, or a different route? Why.. Why you?

I've found an alleyway to live in. I don't want to go to an Orphanage. I can't. I don't want new parents, I want you. But it won't happen. I remember exactly how the night happened. We had been driving.. And.. I had gotten out of my seat, distracting you guys as I leaned forward to grab the piece of gum from your hand, Mom. Then you lost control of the steering wheel as the car skidded across the wet road, didn't you Dad. Right? The logging truck had been coming down the opposite side. We had hit it- I remember screaming as it came down on us. Like.. Like a shoe crushing an ant. I remember.. I remember, Mom, that you had tried to hug me. Telling me it would be alright as it came down on us. It's all my fault, isn't it?

About my new home.. It's okay, I suppose. I've got Boo, and my backpack. Thats where this notebook and pencil are from. I don't have a blanket yet. The nights are so.. So cold. So much for Toronto being hot in the day. But something's puzzling me. I wake up some mornings, and see little grey hairs scattered all over my black sweater. As if.. If something slept beside me. Sometimes at night, I see little green eyes staring at me. But, I blink and then.. They're gone. Though I know something's there. I can sense it's presence.

As for food.. I.. Had to try and steal. Please don't cry Mommy, Daddy.. I don't want to become a thug. But I was so hungry, and chocolate bars seemed so.. Tasty. I still have your bandana wrapped around me, Mom. I love it.. And just to show you I'm still happy, I've drawn you a picture of me. You can keep it Mommy, do you like it?
