Rin nodded and began to make her way back to the settlement. She clucked for De'sha and the pup began to track her way back to camp with ease.

Kalten sat up with a mixture of horror, rage, and pure disbelief, "Oh you cheeky son of a-"! He jumped to his feet and folded his arms, "He's lying! He pinned me for gods sake"! He glared at Wolf as he tried to hold back his laughter, "I should've knocked you when I had the chance".

Nianna grabbed Rin's wrist gently to stop her. "Wait. I need to explain to you why it's so important that no one else knows. I trust you, but I want to make sure you understand why."

Wolf gave Klaten an overly dramatic scared look. "Please dont! I'll do anything! Bear protect me!" He continued to whimper and whine until he licked the side of Bears face.

Bear cursed violently as Wolf licked him and instinctively punched Wolf in the throat sending the smaller man to the ground gasping for air. Bear continued to curse as he wiped Wolf's slobber off of his face.

Rin turned and looked at her quizically. She nodded as her brows furrowed in a somber expression, "Alright, go ahead". She listened intently for her explanation. De'sha had stopped a few paces ahead, looking back at them.

Kalten doubles over in laughter at the sight of both the men. Bears cursing and Wolf's gasping for breath only made him laugh harder, "I can't breathe! My sides hurt"! He wiped his eyes and looked at Bear, "Thank you! That was impeccable timing". He looked down at Wolf with a smug grin, "I'm sorry what was that? Did you say something"?

Nianna stopped and looked at Rin. Her eyes were still intense. "If Taivil or any of the others find out I wont be able to fight to prove myself worthy to your family. I cant let Taivil fight alone, and I know that you and Tovheir will be fighting with him, but I cant just let him fight for me without my help. I wont be like Nima."

Wolf gave Kalten a lewd gesture as he slowly got his air back. "Are... you insane! You... *gasps* ... couldve... crushed my... windpipe!"

BEar huffed. "Serves you right b******. I should have realized what you were up to."

Rin's eyes narrowed as her hackles rose slightly, "You could never be like that b****," she nodded her head with a sigh, "I'm glad you thought about that because I was wondering the same thing. Alright, not a word will leave these lips until you deem it necessary". She pursed her lips, "Just be careful, ok"?

Kalten snickered at Wolf's gesture standing beside him triumphantly. He looked to Bear with a smirk, "He does this a lot, eh? How do you keep falling for it"?

Nianna relaxed and smiled slightly. "Dont worry Rin. I plan on telling Taivil right after the provings are done. It's harder to keep this from him than you might think." She gave Rin another hug.

Bear huffed. "This is the third time. First time I stabbed him becuase he was just trying to be an a**. He's lucky it was one of the rare moments I missed. Second time I was incapacitated and wounded in a bed."

Wolf sat up, still sucking in air.

Rin hugged her back and squeezed her gently, "I can't imagine the difficulty, but you're a strong woman. You'll do great".

"Was that the time you were drugged and ran around the camp missing a few items"? Kalten smiled at him, "Pallon tells me the most interesting stories at night". He looked at Wolf and an idea sparked in his blue eyes.

Bear grumbled. "No. It was the time when my guild came at me and nearly killed me, and Pallon rescued my a**."

Wolf finally stood. He chuckled at the memory Kalten mentioned.
