Giving a happy smile the now blushing little girl stared up at Alex "Well any friend of Bennys is a friend of mine!"she said and leaned forward hugging Alex.Turning she took her hand and pulled her inside the cabin. "Benny is a little upset right now but he should be okay and in a minute."she said and put her hands on the door closing it with all her might.Sense she was so little she had a hard time opening and closing heavy doors on her own but it really didn't bother her, she liked the challenge. "I like birdies.They're very pretty.Though i've never been near a falcon before.They always fly away when i get to close."she said innocently as she scampered over to the cupboard and climbed onto the counter grabbing a small glass cup and getting a glass of water.Emily never knew why she could ell what a shifter could shift into.She just could it was like she knew beforehand.

Taking the photo he slipped it into his back pocket and slid the necklace on over his head the chain cool against his skin.He thumbed the pendant for a moment before he tucked it under his shirt.Taking the book he opened it flipping through a few pages.It was all there.every poison every herb every medical potion.Nothing was left out.Every patient and every test.Every cure.He didn't expect it to be this easy.He was literally just handed the equivalent of the presidential football.Giving an amused smile at his fathers lack of control on his hatred he tilted his head.Somthing just glinted.Reaching over he used his nail to slowly raise a matching silver chain from under his shirt.The chain was small and if it hadn't glinted in the light he wouldn't have noticed it.It was a pair of two ring one a females the other a males.The females was gold band with beautiful sapphires and emeralds and the males was a matching gold band with tiny sapphire and Emeralds all around the frame.Giving a searing look he curled his fist around the rings and ranked down on the chain snapping it."I will be taking this."he growled out daring form him to say a word.In such a small confined space locked behind a giant metal door he could shift and kill him in meer moments.And nobody would be able to stop him.He knew it his father knew it.Turning he strode to the door and punched some numbers into the keypad "Follow me and you are a dead man."he growled before walking out the metal door sliding shut behind him.Walking down the hall and through the lobby he jammed the rings into his pocket before slipping out the front doors and striding towards the trees.

The dark wolf lingered in the trees, her nose quivering as she stared out into the forest, quiet, waiting. It had been hours now, her fur cackling with anticipation, unsure, uncertain. Recklessly she paced back and forth on the limb, her claws scrabbling against the bark, digging into its grooves as she steadied herself in the forest canopy. Her pale, bleak eyes scanned the horizon, golden beneath the dim light as she ducked beneath the leaves. Might as well head back to camp, she thought faintly as she turned away.

Shifting Ember looked around the silver heart pendent hung around his neck and the broken chains and rings were tied around his front fore paw the heavy book sat in his jaws.Setting the book down he tasted the air and wagged his tail Shay? he thought softly to himself.Throwing his head up he let out a long and powerful howl the sound lovely and strong.Stronger then the one before.This one was deeper and more wolfish.As if his animal instinct was calling back to shays letting her know he was there.Sniffing the air he let the howl die down before shifting and picking up the book his golden hair falling in wisps in his eyes. Humming softly he walked down the hill towards the camp the high-moon shining down brilliantly on him.Reaching up he snaked a hand in his bangs and smiled to himself

She smiled widely and looked at Ben "Hey" she said looking at him "I... I understand what you did and why, don't be sorry about it" she said softly before looking back at the girl "Thanks. Falcons are shy by instinc they don't like being near humans not even near shifters" she sighted "Emily, your dad tried to kill me because of what I am" she said, the girl had to know.

He sighted "Lot's of things are happening Nore. He stared at her for a while "I'm worried about Ember" he couldn't tell her about his secret so he made something up "He's been quite shocked since he went back to the Industry" he said softly

She sighted "Let's go back to camp then" she started walking back to camp slowly with Logan to her side "Do you think they are OK?" she asked softly, "I mean the campers" she had been thinking about that for a while, both Jax and Ember had left so there would probably be a massive chaos

George Abbott
He nodded "Yes sir" he said and went back to the room to try the experiment. Again he was wondering what made Alex different to the others he didn't know but he was going to discover that was his new goal and it would not be easy to achieve but he would have Alex back at the Industry and discover what made her different.

She dipped her head, a long, low howl rippling through the air as she echoed him, her tone soft, crisp. The Fae's tail gave a soft thump of exitement, the rejoice of Ember's return now ringing in her ears as she bounded down and across the valley.

Emily stopped and was silent for a moment before she cleared her throat and took a sip of water "Only bad people kill people...My daddy isn't bad.."she murmured softly "So you must be wrong..."she said her happy personality ebbing away as she walked over to the small table and reached up sliding her glass onto a napkin.Turning she walked over the ben and reached up taking his beanie and turning it over in her hands."he's not bad..."she said softly with a forced smile.as if she was doing everything in her power to keep her happy personality happy

Giving a warm smile he shifted and set down the book propelling himself forward the brute's paws thundering on the grass as he ran to meet the fae. Reaching her he slowed his Amber eyes gleaming as he nuzzled the side of her face her gently "You been out here this entire time?"he asked softly"It late you should be asleep."he murmured his Amber eyes glowing in the dim lighting

She sighted "Not only bad people try to kill, also desesperate people, he thinks he's doing the right thing, he thinks we're monsters" she looked at the girl "Do you?" she didn't want the girl to end up like the other people in the Industry "Do you think I'm a monster?" she knew she was basicly talking like an adult but she had been forced to act like one during her whole life
