Yeah, I remember that: that was in episode 6, right? I think what makes that scene extra surprising is that earlier in the same episode, you learn that Washa is actually terrified of Naoki, even though he doesn't seem like the type to be scared. She wasn't the first one to stand up to Naoki, though, since Jean was rude and sassy towards him several times and knows how to mess with him.

I think it was both scary and funny when Yuzuki tried to force the head of the school to marry her in Episode 8.

What do you guys actually think of the Birdwell family (Chance's family)? I myself think they are a very unusual family, and I personally find Yumika Birdwell to be a lot more disturbing than Naoki o.0

Also, I finished drawing Naoki! It's kind of sad how Jean and Naoki have very similar eyes and how this bothers Washa.

EDIT: I really think I'm gonna change my "favorite pairings", because I was already considering taking Kitti x Washa out of there, since I only ship it a little bit and not as much as Kitti x Chance (KitCha or Angry Birds ) or Naoki x Chance, but now I just came up with a hilarious ship for Washa. It's a crazy ship, so it'll probably never become canon, but I don't care.
My new ship is Washa x Mana-chan. You know how Washa is always complaining about Chance having an imaginary friend? (which also explains how easy it was for Naoki to convince Chance that Washa had hurt her) Well, what if Mana-chan turned out to be real and Washa fell in love with her? Wouldn't that be funny? Or is it just me...

Regarding the Chance's clothes thing - never mind, I'm an idiot. Was thinking of aomething else.

Yumika's actually one of my least favourite characters, since I find her sorta annoying. She might as well literally breathe down her family's necks. How did she even get someone to marry her, for that matter?

On the subject of Mana-chan, I actually kind of like the idea that she's real, but just... somehow never seen by the others, I guess? The show's pulled off crazy twists before (with some foreshadowing, true, but I thought they were just jokes the whole time), and Chance isn't twelve, is he? Kitti's right; he's far too old to be making up friends, especially when he already has plenty.

Piefan, are you talking about Yumika (Chance's mother) or Yuzumi (Kitti's classmate who proposed to the head of the school)? They are both pretty disturbing characters, but there is a big difference, since Yuzumi is a very friendly girl even though she's kind of creepy and stubborn, whereas Yumika is just… not meant to be anyone's mother… or anyone's wife for that matter, so if you were talking about her, I understand why you don't see why Chance's dad ever married her. That's probably what you meant, but since we were also talking about Yuzumi's marriage proposal, I wanted to check in case you were mixed up.

Regarding Mana, I think that if she's not real, it's still understandable that Chance has an imaginary friend, since he made her up before he had any real friends, and also, if you have Yumika for a mother, you're going to need someone - real or not real - to comfort you O.O
Edit: There is actually a headcanon that says the reason Chance named his imaginary friend "Mana" is because it sounds like "Mama"…

I'm trying to imagine now what Chance's reaction would be to Washa x Mana: I think at first he would be totally shocked ("I thought you hated her!") and then once he was used to the idea he would get really excited, and then at some point he would get protective and be like "Mana is way too young to have a boyfriend!" and then Washa would answer: "Well, when did you first meet her? When you were four? Then she's at least thirteen…" And Chance would be all in denial: "Mana is not thirteen!!!", and then Washa would reply: "Why not? Because she's short? Is that why?" LOL this is genius XD

Edit 2: Aliria, could you change Naoki's picture on the Wiki to this one instead of Naoki's sign? I don't know how to do that myself…

I wouldn't say all of the characters would make good parents: I mean, Yumika Birdwell is already a horrible parent (as well as some of the other adults), and as Aliria said, I don't think Yuzumi would do very well either, and then there is Mana-chan, who can't even be seen by other people except Chance… As for the main characters, I think Chance would make a good parent, since he's so caring towards Mana-chan and towards his close friends (Naoki and later Kitti), and I think Kitti would do well too if she got over her anger management problems. I don't think Naoki would do well, since he's pretty disturbed ^^. As for Washa and Jean, it depends what kind of parents you'd like to have. I personally wouldn't want them as parents, since Washa is full of sarcasm and Jean is soooo loud O_O. But besides this, they would probably take pretty good care of their kids, I think…

Aliria, could you change Naoki's picture on the Wiki to this one instead of Naoki's sign? I don't know how to do that myself…

Favorite characters: (take a look at the characters already mentioned or invent your own) My favourite characters are Yuuna (she's so cute and bubbly, I just want to hug her ^~^), her twin brother Yuuma (I like how the two are some kind of opposites when it comes to their personality) and Chance. But I wonder if I'm the only one in this entire fandom who likes Chance's dad John Birdwell? I mean, he's just so funny!
And he plays the guitar and has that hilarious british accent.
I just think it's kinda sad that Chance is neglected by both of his parents...
Favorite pairings (optional): Um... Chance x Kitti, I guess, I loved that scene in episode 15 where the two are alone in that room and Washa asks what they're doing with that grossed out expression on his face. Made me laugh so hard!
I kinda like the tought of the two dating, but I think they're more of good friends...
Favorite episode: (take a look at the episodes list: if an episode is blank, you can decide what's in it ^^) Oooh, defintely episode 14, where Kitti, Chance, Yuuna and Washa (and Mana-chan ^u^) form the team to stop Naoki.
Why you're joining this fan club (optional): I really love that anime. I don't think many people know it and this is the only fanclub I could find.

Anything else? Does anyone of you know the exact age of the characters?
I think Kitti and Chance are about 16 and I'm pretty sure Yuuma and Yuuna are around their age too (maybe a little younger), but it's not mentioned anywhere in the anime, or did I miss it?
Also, I think Washa is somewhere between 12 and 14 (it's really hard to say) but Mana-chan throws me off.
Does she even have an age?
Or does she even get older?

edit: Just checked the wiki and saw Chance is 17... in which episode was that mentioned?

Yep, I was referring to Yumika. I don't really mind Yuzumi, but Yumika's downright annoying.

Also, in reference to Mana-chan's age, I think Chance, seeing as he's kinda childish and all, wanted a young friend, so he had a young friend. She would have existed for at least fourteen years, but appears far younger. Nine or so? I don't know, her age was never mentioned, I think.

And Chance's age was mentioned in episode 4, I believe.

"Wait, Jean, how did you manage to cut yourself on a shoelace?"

"Well, you're seventeen and you do stupid stuff all the time!"

Or something like that. I don't know, I can't be bothered to check.
