"Weeeell," Cherrystep started, "These two came up with the great idea to all have kits! What I mean is that we get some and they get some as well. It's pretty much the only chance we've got, right now, to ever have kits."

Shadowstep pushed past him and ran up to Moonember.

Moonember's claws slid out, as he didn't recognize her, and he pressed against his mate with a hiss.

"Shadowstep." Brightstar slid in behind her. "Get the heck out of my camp."

Shadowstep ignored Brightstar. "You don;t remember me do you.... I-I was your mother."
