What is a Cylon?

Cylons are a carnivorous, lion-like species with only one singular eyeball in the middle of their head, much like a cyclops. Their eye can grow either horizontal or vertical. They are originally from the african outbacks and deserts. Once domesticated and brought to other countries, they shrank down in size and now they look a little smaller than panthers. Most male Cylons have a mane or half mane, but females can also have partial mane as well. Cylons are very protective of their owners, they will hide if anyone new is introduced, and go into a protective stance if it or its owner is threatened.
