" do you want some..." he asked as he pushed some berries toward her "my names Dark" he said tuning back to the few berries in front of him.

[garnet.]

She sniffed the berries gently, before taking a large mouthful. She smiled through the berries and mumbled a muffled reply of, "Hi Dark, I'm Chika! These are some real good berries!" She exclaimed happily.

[when_darkness_falls]

he chuckled " heh glad you like them," he said eating his last berry "its nice to meet you to, Chika"

[garnet.]

Chika gulped down the berries happily. "I haven't seen you around before?" She queried. "Have you been here long?" She sat down slowly, tilting her head to one side curiously.

"no ... in fact ive only been here about a day"

"I'm... not sure how to do that."

"Oh..." He wasn't entirely sure what to say.

Chika smiled a little and bowed her head. "Well this is a treat! I haven't met a pokemon new to the area in an awfully long time! I'd love to show you around, if you want that is?" She suggested brightly.

(Changed to shiny after finding out about a possible inspiration for Shiny Swellow.)

(Swellow's shiny form might be based off of a real life bird.)
