She remembered that today was the day that all of the students could go out to the town and skip school. Hopping out of bed, she took a quick shower and put on her uniform. Once she was ready to go, she walked out her dorm and headed for the cafeteria, hoping Demetri would already be there.

Demetri's alarm went off loudly. He covered his head with a pillow after a quick glance at a sleeping Damon. He sighed and got up, got ready, and walked down to the cafeteria. He sat beside Charlotte, his head leaning on his left hand, his eyes closed, sleepily.
