Dapplestar motioned for her to wrap herself in the prickly fronds and sleep. Starclan would visit them.

Lillypool did as asked, tucking her arms under her chest as she curled up at the base of a branch. She wrapped her tail around it, to keep balance.

Dapplestar fell asleep quickly, to get the arguing over with before Lilly was in. She soon saw many starry cats shaking their heads, "Why? Why can't you just be happy? We chose YOU. And now you fail us. We can change you, but you'll be sacrificing more than you know. You'll go into a long rest, where you'll be taught fighting, and hunting, you're kits will suckle from you in your sleep, but will soon drink you dry. They'll be cared for by another. We hope you're ready..." They said looking into her eyes. "I..I am ready. Will my kits know they're mine? Will I be remembered?" The brightest cat shook her head. "They won't remember you. You'll try to convince them, but you may fail. And in your dreams you won't remember anyone. In your dreams, do not get close to anyone. Your heart may remind you of a love at home, and you'll need to listen. If you love another, you may be trapped. Soon your body will die, and your kits will never know you. Dapplestar, before you were born, you were in an alternate world, you knew everyone. It was the spirit world. You're returning, and you need be well aware of your true name. Every cat has one, yours was Flight. There was no need for rank, your name is purely flight. I hope you awake long enough to get back, and explain. I truly do. For now, we'll gift the lives to Lilypool. but first we'll fully remove yours." they intertwined tails with her, and soon she was translucent. She waited for Lilly.
[yeah, so I added a twist, and my kits are gonna need foster mothers, but Shadowclaw must be included in their lives, and I'll let Arctic choose if he'll tell the kits her story, etc. but Dapple's gonna be out for quite sometime!]

Lillypool drifted, slowly but surely, into sleep.

The starclan cats' gaze shifted as a new cat entered their presence. An ancient med cat rushed over and made her sleep as her old life was taken from her, they then waited for her to awake...

[Limerence]

Lillypool blinked once or twice, as she was awakened to vast starry surroundings. She looked down. She was standing merely on air, and a swirl of glistening celestial globes. She took one more look around, and sensed the presence of the starry cats. She immeiately bowed her head to them, and awaited their knowledge.

[Wintaria]

The Brightest cat stepped forward, a light scowl on her face, then took a stuttered sigh, and looked back at the other Starry cats who'd formed their league. She stepped forward, the clouds swirling around her paws like dust in Greenleaf. She opened her mouth to say, "Lilypool, you've been long expected, and the things that you have long awaited, are to come true tonight. I need you to pledge an oath. Repeat what your heart tells you as you stand here with us." A test. The starry cat's smile seamed threatening, yet like she truly yearned for Lilly to know what to say. She waited.

Dapplestar's body felt cold, like blood falling to the ground below her. She raced down the tree on unsteady paws, and back to camp, she had to explain. She flew into her old den, and her words came in gasps, "Shadow, i-i-i- I'm going to have to leave temporarily, Make sure the kits know....know who WE are, but I can't stay long, I must, I must leave!" She said choking on air. She licked her kits one by one, and showed Shadow where she'd kept some tokens that meant much to her, there were 6 of them. She wanted Shadow to divide them among the kits, as a pendant, and not to explain where they came from. She lay down in the nest with her kits, and licked Shadow's cheek. The world got hazy and she soon drifted off with memories.

The tokens are:
1] A leather cord, 2 feet long
2]A shard of rounded colored glass
3]a pebble with a little feather stuck inside.
4]A tooth of a dog
5]The tip of a young male peacock's feather.
6]the beak of an eagle
7]dried and preserved death berries, 10x more lethal than a whole one, but the berries are coated in dried sap.
[ik, there are *7 items there, but the cord is to make each thing into an anklet, tail ring, earring, or necklace. Shadow gets to decide what goes to whom!]

Lillypool's whiskeres twitched as the intimidating cat spoke to her. She took a deep breath before nodding. Closing her eyes, she let the words come to her, and as she spoke her eyes seemed to widen with a mysterious glow. "I'm not the bravest, neither the strongest. I'm not the smartest, nor the most cunning." Lillypool paused to take another deep breath before continuing in her speech. "I'm...I'm not perfect. I'll never be. But...it won't matter after tonight. No matter what my fate ends up to be." She meowed, keeping her eyes locked onto those of the starry cat, to hide her internal cower. "Like a Lotus on a Lillypad, I've yet to fully blossom. But now...Now I will." She finished, her eyes still caught onto those of the cat in front of her.
