"I-i'm sorry but I have to uh- go.." NightShine said quickly and ran as fast as she could. Trying to stay calm didn't go too well... She thought in her head and finally stopped in a clearing. "I'll get to camp after I make sure she isn't following me.." she said quietly to her self.

Shadowstep hissed "Oh! I get it now… you cats hate me! Yeah? Well looks like I shall play Life or Death…" she padded after her, wanting to find their camp.

NightShine looked around and sighed. If only RemedySong was here, but she has to be in camp.. She thought in her head and sat down. She had to be wary just in case.

Shadowstep yet out a yowl and charged at Nightshine. She bowled into her.

NightShine heard the yowl and noticed Shadowstep charging at her. She quickly ran and just in time avoided Shadowstep. She hissed at her and looked around. Knew it! She was going to follow me.. She thought in her head. NightShine broke into a run to a place farther away from the camp and somewhere where she could maybe get an advantage.

Shadowstep caught up easily and ran besides her. She stretched out her paw and clawed her down the face

Tsk.. NightShine thought in her head and stopped a few lengths away. That hurts.. She thought in her head as a sharp sting of pain hit her. "Not today.." She said quietly and clawed ShadowStep back and then ran back quickly finding a clearing and climbing a tree. I hope I can get away for now.. She thought in her head while she was climbing the tree which looked sturdy enough to hold her weight.

(Was that attack only a medium scratch? Because I don't want NightShine to be badly badly hurt or to die..)

NightShine found a suitable branch far enough and that could hold her weight. She sat on the branch and looked below watching and waiting for ShadowStep to arrive.
