Why would you like to be an artist? i love designing! + these bbys are so adorable, i just have to apply for them!
How long are you online for a day? laughs
as embarrassing as it is, at least 5 hours or more each day. a lot more on the weekends the majority of the time 'v'
Are you, or have you ever been a artist anywhere else? yes ! i'm an artist at Foxicats.
Do you enjoy designing? of course! though, sometimes it can be a bit frustrating if i have no ideas.

Two quick questions. One, do glowies have a set breeding limit? Second, how might I go about breeding Finn to another glowie? Are there any restrictions, etc? Also, I will edit in a bit with the application for a guest artist. ^_^

I would suggest reading all the Nursery info.
Finn would be able to breed if he found another Glowie and they became a mates. (In human form, that would be married basically.) This couple, Finn and whoever you choose to mate him with, can then visit the nursery where they could have kids made.
They can't just be random mates, the other owner must agree and know this is happening. Maybe announce it on the Fanclub? Like "Hey guys! I'm happy to announce Finn and .... Are now mates! Expect to see them at the nursery soon c:"
And maybe commission or draw a piece of the two guy together, it's nice to have a decorated announcement c:
