As for the kiss, yeah, I write fairly distantly so if anything doesn't smooth out in my head I usually let it be. c: If I focus too long on a kissing scene the writing always seems too... nit-picky. Detail oriented. xD

I also completely spaced on commenting on your story [so unlike me]. o3o
As always you can draw me in within the first sentence; but I especially loved the animal viewpoint. I was so used to your human POVs that it didn't take me long to figure out something was different. I love how you brought that bird in, it was just wonderfully adorable; and I feel like it summed up his irritant's personality quite well. xD
