I also got Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Kiss x sis, Log Horizon, Mayo Chiki!, Naruto and No game, No life.

Would like to know if any of these are worth watching^^ all bar naruto. I am not up for watching 300+ episodes and it's all dubbed too,

cant say for mayo or Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, but naruto and kiss x sis are the only ones of those that I enjoyed

I read good recommendations about Log Horizon. 300+ episodes can be shorter than you think at the beginning XD

So I hear a lot of negativity on Tokyo Ghoul (anime) especially the second season.
Why specifically?? the plot, animation maybe?? I can agree on the animation slightly though.
Also needed more Uta.

Oh yeah. It seems interesting I guess. But maybe.. maybe only because I was bored out of my mind sitting in a car.
Yeeahh nah. I prefer smaller series for now. 300 seems a lot.

mostly it was because they botched it, didn't even reveal the main antagonists, missed a whole lot of plot details,
ruined the characters, and lost a whole lot of key elements
honestly, they should have just followed the manga

also the animation quality was quite bad, as studio peridot is sort of known for cutting corners with their animation

I recently started watching Log Horizon, and it wasn't bad! Not my favorite, but if you watch a lot of anime I'd say give it a try. To be honest, it's kind of like what Sword Art Online could have been like if SAO didn't suck so painfully bad lol Log Horizon is much more about the MMORPG, really embracing the elements of those games. It does a lot of things with the concept of being stuck in a game that other similar series failed at. I'd say in the anime subgenre of being stuck in a MMORPG, Log Horizon is the best

it certainly doesn't turn into some harem crap love fest like SAO did - there is actually a LOT of worldbuilding and the tone is pretty serious most of the time, with a lot of scenes that feel more like a war anime
