It says to install Java, and obviously, I do that. I go back onto Oekaki and reload the page, but it still says to download Java. I open a new page, and do the 'new painting' but it still says to install Java.

So I draw digitally on my iPod and I'm MUCH better with my fingers/pencil than a mouse. Is there a way to make okekai mobile? If not, it would be a great addition to the site!
I know it's with java, but maybe there could be a separate thing for it? Idk just throwing out ideas haha

I don't get a grey or white screen, just nothing. I am using version 2 and have current java. Not sure what the problem is?

Mobile devices don't support Java, which is necessary for the Oekaki to run. We don't really have a say in that.

Sandy Hoofprints wrote:Java is blocking the JTablet download for pen pressure on my tablet - I followed it through to installation, but now Java has blocked it, as it doesn't reach "high or very high" safety requirements. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and can I get around it/fix it?
happythorn07 wrote:No I know java doesn't work on mobile. I meant another system? Or another forum for users to do the same as okekai but with their own system/app? I know there's an art sharing thing but I've never seen any of those on the top picks of the week thing. Idk haha
I know a lot of people out there are just as good with a finger but can hardly make a straight line with a mouse. You know what I mean?
