So I switched to Safari to try and use Oekaki, and when I try to access Oekaki from any point (ex. edit saved drawing or create new drawing) this is all that comes up. I don't get a grey or white screen, just nothing. I am using version 2 and have current java. Not sure what the problem is?

        It says to install Java, and obviously, I do that. I go back onto Oekaki and reload the page, but it still says to download Java. I open a new page, and do the 'new painting' but it still says to install Java.

        any suggestions?

i have had the same problems on chrome- the nly way to fix this is to change browsers- i now draw on internet explorer, the first page has been updated showing links telling how chrome is no longer supporting past plug ins which support java in simple this means java doesnt work on chrome an longer...

I use Google, but I don't have any other 'internet' browsers.
im quitting this game, i dont even enjoy it anymore, but i really did while it lasted!

Hello ^.^
So I draw digitally on my iPod and I'm MUCH better with my fingers/pencil than a mouse. Is there a way to make okekai mobile? If not, it would be a great addition to the site!
I know it's with java, but maybe there could be a separate thing for it? Idk just throwing out ideas haha

Mobile devices don't support Java, which is necessary for the Oekaki to run. We don't really have a say in that.

Would you be able to download Firefox? It's a pretty commonly used browser, and it's free.

Chrome dropped Java support for the moment, is why. ^^;

Have you cleared your cache? Might be a heavy lag.

Any tips? Thanks :3

No idea about why your phone wouldn't be able to access CS in general, but it should never have been able to get the Oekaki, because mobile devices don't support Java.

No I know java doesn't work on mobile. I meant another system? Or another forum for users to do the same as okekai but with their own system/app? I know there's an art sharing thing but I've never seen any of those on the top picks of the week thing. Idk haha
I know a lot of people out there are just as good with a finger but can hardly make a straight line with a mouse. You know what I mean?

Java is blocking the JTablet download for pen pressure on my tablet - I followed it through to installation, but now Java has blocked it, as it doesn't reach "high or very high" safety requirements. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and can I get around it/fix it?

No, Google is just stopping its support for Java altogether. There's a temporary fix but once a new update comes out there might be a chance this fix will no longer work. Getting used to FireFox is a good idea with the way things are.

I've never really heard of Java blocking JTablet. Are you sure it's Java that's doing it and not some security/anti-virus program on your computer?

There are art programs for mobile platforms but they're simply not suitable in a way to link them to CS accounts and integrate them into the forum. I'm afraid you're going to have to stick to a computer to use the CS Oekaki.

This may or may not have been asked/solved already, but since Chrome's no longer working for java, I've had to use IE for the oekaki picture my lil sis wants me to do. I need to save it (soon, if possible, because I'll likely have to turn off my computer in a little while), but I need to make sure it's saved as an oekaki, for later editing.
Every time I click to save, it takes only a second before giving me this error;

Why am I getting this, can it be fixed, and will I be able to save this picture? D:
