Tigerpaw smiled faintly. "I see that you were expecting something else?" He asked Sandpaw.

Lionstar let out a soft 'mph' of agreement. But he didn't have time to think about sunsets right now. There were cats that needed feeding and tending to, and he had to see to it that everyone had a place to sleep. He sighed, getting up and twitching his tail anxiously.


tigerpaw scented the air. He couldn't quite pick up the mouse like Dewpaw had, since he had never been hunting.


sandpaw shrugged. "I guess." She said softly, "I dunno I thought it would be different."

Dappledheart was hurt, but she didn't let it show. "I can help," Dappledheart mewed, "If you w-want me to." She too stood up, her left ear flicking back. Her paws started play their little game as she waited for an answer.

Snowfeather's fluffed up fur caused her to look twice her size. She jumped as some cat came up behind her. Relief flashed in her fact as she breathed in the familiar scent of another Lightningclan cat. Kestrelfire! letting her old self take over for a moment, the proud she-cat cleared her throat, straightening up and allowing her fur to lie flat. "Of course. I knew that!" she said matter-of-factly even though that was about as far from the truth as anything could be.

Kestrelfire couldn't stop the grin that creased across his face as Snowfeather's familiar personality returned. "I'm sure you did," he replied with a swish of his tail. Many cats had dispersed across the camp and gone out to hunt, making the space around them almost desolate. The red tom sat down and pulled his tail up so that it curled onto his side, "I'm going to take a wild guess and say that this situation wasn't explained to you."
