I sighed in relief as the bakery door opened, I quickly rushed to the counter to see aunt, she was trying to convince someone to buy her products, I think I picked her name up, it was belle? I waved at aunt but she pulled me back and tutted "say hello first Alistair" I sighed and meekly greeted the girl, waiting for her answer.

Belle;;"hello sir"looks at his aunt and asked for some hot chocolate with a little bit of coffee in it and a blueberry bagel she smiles the hole time

Kay shook her head a little as a small, shy mix between a chuckle and a giggle tumbled past her lips. Oh gosh, now Luke was stuttering, too, it appeared. She bit her lip at the thought as her gaze fell to the ground. "N-no, it's really m-my fault, too. I-I wasn't paying much attention t-to where I was going," she responded quietly, an apologetic expression still plastered on her face. She looked back up at him after a moment, when he had spoken again, and she smiled a little at him with a simple nod of the head. She remained silent, not sure what to say - really, she hadn't lived in this neighborhood for very long, so she knew no one there, and didn't know about anything around town quite yet. But, the silence was awkward, and she didn't want to come off as standoffish, anyway, so she finally lightly cleared her throat. "So...um...a-are you - er, have you - you know...lived here very long?" she asked, hoping it wasn't a weird question to ask. Hey, she was at least attempting to converse with someone, which was surprising enough to her.

Luke bit his lip to feel his lip ring. He looked at the ground and at his black vans. Luke laughed awkwardly again for probably the millionth time. "W-well then. I-its looks like its both of our faults." He still fixed his eyes on his vans. "Even though its mostly my fault." He mumbled under his breath. He fixed his blue eyes back at Kay. He shrugged. "W-well, uh. We've l-lived here for probably for 3 months.."

Kay let out a small chuckle and nodded a little in agreement at Luke's first statement. "Y-yeah, Is-suppose so," she responded quietly. She bit her lip and looked down at the ground once again, shifting her weight from one foot to the other, as though in thought for a moment. She looked up only when she thought she had heard him say something else, but it was too quiet for her to hear what he had actually said. She tilted her head a little in curiosity, but decided not to ask - after all, had it been intended for her to hear it, or important enough for her to hear, he would have repeated himself once he understood that she hadn't quite gotten what he had said, right? Surely, yes, she thought to herself with a slight nod. She shrugged the thought off. Her eyes widened slightly when he told her he had only lived there for about three months. "Oh? Um, th-that's cool," she responded with a soft smile. "I guess I-I'm not the only new person to town, then," she thought aloud as she rubbed her arm a little.

Luke laughed a bit, but it wasn't one of his signature awkward laughs. Still biting his lip and still looking down at his black vans, he hoped that she didn't notice what he said. He put his head up and fixed his blue eyes back at her again to hear what she was saying. He smiled a bit. "Yeah.. You could say we're still pretty new to the house."

Lance was distracted, so he didn't answer immediately. He returned his attention back to the other teen."Lancelot, pleasure to meet you Harrison." he answered softly, though was still somewhat troubled. Harrison, seemed to be alright with it, if he had noticed at all. This made Lance more at ease. He yawned, and then apologized. "Sorry, I didn't have a chance to get to sleep last night, lot of work to do." he attempted to explain. clearing his throat. "I really love this place's food, it's one of my favorites, what about you?"

"Personally, i've never really been here much. I work around so i'm not usually home, but this is better than anything i ate on the road." He shrugged a little, glancing at the other boy and nodding a little. " it's nice to meet you too. " he actually did look around then then, simply noticing the other boy's unease and attempting to find a source. "Are you alright? You seem nervous." Of course nobody had to tell him, especially not a strager, but i they wanted to talk he was availible and happy to be there.

Lancelot listened attentively, his words sparked his curiosity."Really? What's your job?... If you don't mind me asking, I mean."He questioned, adding in the last part as an afterthought. Lance leaned back, and ran his hand through his hair. "I-I guess it's just the lack of sleep. It's making me all jumpy.. I'll be alright once I get some coffee or have a small nap, don't worry, I've dealt with it before." He elaborated. What Lance was saying was for the most part truthful, but he wasn't nervous from lack of sleep, instead it had been the staring. He didn't want to seem like a weirdo though. He offered a half-hearted smile as reassurance.
