No worries, I'm going to run a short event before....
But at this point I really have to admit that we had a lot of games and comps within the last few month where just a hand full of owners participated. Free time and real life stuff might be one important point. But at least I would do my best to participate in games if I needed more slots. And no whining about skills now. Narakari comps are rarely judged by skills. Not to mention that people participate in other species comps without caring about their skills.

I haven't done much of anything for a couple of months now, I feel so unmotivated *headdesk*
And lucky nothing is judged on skill, I have absolutely no talent to speak of *facepalm*
But if there is a chance to nab a slot or two before the event, I will do my best to participate *hug*

Can't wait for this event to start! The idea of taming a wild Narakari makes me so happy!
Yama will we have to use one of our own to try and break/tame them?
Like what if they are aggressive to handlers?
Are they on foot approaches or ridden? Just curious so I can pick one of my Narakari (most likely Rohkeus) to assist me.

Art event - Motivate your staff!

As promised this will be a last chance for you to grab some slots before the sport horse Narakari are released and our big summer event starts. This event focuses on art, drawings to be exact. And I think it's a great chance to honour our staff members a bit, just because they are doing a great job!

How it works?
You have to draw the Narakari of a staff member. Full body and fully coloured, please. Shading and background are optional.
Here are our staff members. Their Narakari can be found in our archive.
Our free artist who has always answers and speaks true and trustful words: Schneemaehne.
Our two amazing guest artists who keep things running much better than me: Cavy's Girl and dreamwalker.
And our club moderator who knows nearly as much as me about this species and tames the hoards of fighting owners: Dizzy socks.

There are two kinds of picture you can draw:
Single picture:
° It shows one Narakari per picture.
° You can do this up to three times but each time you have to choose another Narakari from another staff member.
° For each picture you'll get one slot
Group picture:
° It shows five(!) Narakari on one picture. One of each staff member, the four persons mentioned above and one fifth person who I don't want to talk about...
° This can only be done once.
° You'll get five slots for this picture.

If you have no life and do all four pictures before this event ends you'll get ten slots instead of eight.
All art has to be done completely by you!

Staff members are of course allowed to participate! But obviously they can't do art for themselves (just in the group picture).

I just love the idea for this event - what a great way to honour the artists. And I can hardly express how honoured I am to be included in this.

Is it ok if I draw on paper and upload by taking a picture of it and saving it as an attachment to my post? I am working off a tablet and it doesn't allow me to use any good drawing apps or functions.

As long as the scans/photos have a good quality and aren't blurred ot something like that, traditional art is as welcome as digital pictures.
