Kestrelfire went to reply when a large group of cats appeared outside the camp and began to enter, Lionstar and Swiftstar at the lead. Mentally noting the number of cats that spilled into the hollow, the red tom realized that Swiftstar's entire clan was here. He turned back towards Foxcloud, "This is why," he whispered, barely loud enough for her to hear.

Cloudwhisper stood, shocked. The whole of StormClan was here. "What's going on?" he mewed to himself. The strong scent of StormClan hit his nose as Cloudwhisper gave a respectful dip of his head to both leaders. He padded forward with curiosity.

Dappledheart followed closely after Lionstar. She padded into camp and looked around. Most cats had shocked expressions, but a few had a curious light in their eyes. Dappledheart asked herself, "will they need to be shown around?"

Lionstar stood there for a moment, pausing before leaping onto highrock. He knew that some cats would not be happy about this.... "Cats of Lightningclan!" He called out, his tail tip flicking nervously. "Stormclan's hunting grounds have been damaged. It is no longer suitable for the clan to hunt there. They will be staying with us for a little while until the prey has begun to return to their side of the river." He paused, taking in the shocked, angry, and curious expressions of his clan. "I expect you to be courteous to the stormclan cats while they are with us." With that, he nodded and lept off the highrock.


Tigerpaw's mouth hung open in shock. How could he let these prey stealing fuzzpelts on their territory! He flexed her claws, working the dirt into dust angrily, tail lashing.


Snowfeather perked her ears, hearing the bustle of camp close by. She could hear shocked and angry murmurs. what was going on? The she-cat tried to quicken her pace, tripping over her own useless leg and face-planting the dirt. She grumbled to herself, getting up and shaking it off before muttering a few choice curse words.

She lifted her chin high, representing her clan. Swiftstar dipped her head to the LightningClan cats. "We thank you for your help. We will be capable of taking care of ourselves though." she mewed. Lionstar's acting as if we are helpless. Oh well. They are helping us. I'm just going to ignore it.

He batted his tail at Hollytail, trying to catch her attention. They had a serious talk earlier, and now they both knew their deep feelings toward each other. He didn't want to let it go that fast. Someday we'll be mates... he thought with a satisfying smile.

She glanced over at Tigerkit with worry. Why is he acting so hostile? Is there going to be a battle? she unsheated her thorn sharp claws, flexing them in the air and preparing for a fight. Even though she was a kit, Rosekit wouldn't stand around while her clanmates suffered.

He was out hunting and had no idea of what was happening at camp. Hawkfeather spotted a finch and slowly crept up to it, using the correct hunting crouch. He checked to see if he was downwind and jumped a tail length. Hawkfeather killed the finch with a powerful bite to the neck and smiled as he heard the snap. Before he proceeded his hunt, he burried the finch underneath a sharp rock that was poking out of the damp forest floor. Hawkfeather turned towards the right, instantly smelling mouse.

She was with Fizzpaw gathering juniper berries and burdock root. Sagestep nodded proudly as her apprentice replied to her question correctly. "Do you know what burdock root is used for?"

Cloverwing glanced around Lightningclan. It felt a bit odd to the have to stay in another camp with new scents around. She then unexpectedly coughed and then she gasped for air. "Where is the medicine cat? I think I need her." She then stopped coughing and quieted down and went to go search for their medicine cat Sagestep.

Rowanpaw felt awkward as he glared at the new faces and soon enough he calmed himself down and glanced at his sister, Cloverwing who was in need of help, he padded towards her and he muttered. "It'll all be just fine once we settle down in Lightningclan.." He felt odd saying that but he knew that Stormclan needed shelter..
