Austin cracked his knuckles. He was slowly getting impatient. Sitting here would get them caught for sure. He rolled his eyes as the "ice queen", he decided to call her, waved to him. Wow. He looked down at the blood stained ground and muttered. We need to get moving. Like.. Now.

Gliding, unevenly, that was how Donnie would describe it as he dipped in and out of the turbulence surrounding him. He had no specific whereabouts of these other mutants he was supposed to entrap and capture, i mean how was he supposed to carry them back, he doubted he could fly with them all on his back. He thought about duct taping them together.
As the clouds around him lessened he dropped his altitude, eyes scanning the forest floor picking up every little movement. Donnie glided over a clearing, there was movement, there was what looked like crystal...no...ice surrounding the movements. His beady eyes focused as he began to awkwardly hover, wings flapping around him as his legs flailed about, trying to balance himself as he stared at what he guessed were the other mutants below, this was beyond luck and coincidence, this was pure trepidation.

Donnie watched, should he attack, should he wait, who were the other members of the team, he had vague descriptions of their powers but he couldnt act on that alone. Maybe he could act like a rebel, but would they buy it, he wasnt one for making up stories on the spot, instead he painted extravagant pictures with broken words. He could pretend to be Ukrainian, his uncle was, he had a vague dialect and knew how to ask where the bakery was as well as "stop picking on the cat, it does not like you".
He dropped the altitude again, any attack made against him would lead to confrontation, Donnie did not want injuries just yet.

"You're right, kid," Erin rasped from his position on the ground, "We need to go." He rolled onto his stomach, forced himself onto his knees. Had to use a tree to get to his feet. Had to keep using the tree to stay on his feet. Then he looked around, and asked, "Did anyone think to bring food? Water?"

Austin watched as the other man got up and shook his head, unaware of Donnie flying above due to Rhi's ice. I think we were all busier trying to get out of there alive.. He sighed. We could try going back but.. He trailed off knowing that was probably useless. But uhm.. I'm Austin.. Figured you might need to know.
