Here at Evolution Oddities special Pokémon are available to be adopted by the public. The
special thing about them is that their elemental type shifts and changes throughout the course
of their evolution and growth; depending on how the trainer interacts with them. There are also
Pokémon available that had no previous evolution, and for some reason, they morphed into a
new form; which we consider to be a new evolution.
Oh look, an egg! Although, there is nobody tending to the fragile life-form. Old, worn out
bandages seem to be wrapped around some parts of the egg, in an attempt to keep it warm
or something; even though it's already blazing to the touch. The pattern doesn't seem to be
all too familiar, either... Maybe it's a new species of Pokémon!daring girlfriend wrote:[center]

User :: daring girlfriend.
Species' name :: Pyrokaen. Formed from the prefix pyro- and 火炎 kaen, the Japanese word for "fire" or "blaze". Essentially, Pyrokaen means "fire fire".
Name :: Ardor. It's a noun, and is passion and enthusiasm.
Type :: Fire.
Bandages explained :: The bandages cover holes in the shell that send gushes of steam out. The person who wrapped the bandage around the egg thought these holes weren't good for the pokemon inside and covered them. However, the holes are utilized as a sort of venting system so that the egg doesn't overheat. Let's hope the pokemon inside turns out okay...

Species Name; Pharadrill
Name; Tutankhuman (Tut for short)
Initial Type; Fire
Why bandages?; Tut enjoys fighting in his free time, but he's not built for it entirely. So to protect his hands(paws?) he wraps them in bandages. It keeps his skin from breaking and makes him less likely to get injured, surprisingly.

Species Name; tutanileinx (tuta- Tutankhamun, nile- The River Nile, ynx- sphinx | pronounced too-tah-niy-linx)
Name; Anubis
Initial Type; Fire
Why bandages?; to fit the stereotype of an 'ancient egyptian' style of dress. the tutanileinx likes to look like a mummy and often wrap themselves and their eggs in bandages which rarely hide important features on their bodies. anubis takes this to the extreme and a lot of the time is mostly covered in bandages.

Someone found the egg before, but burnt their hands trying to take it with them. So they wrapped it in bandages to keep it from burning their hands. They could not keep the egg, so they abandoned it. They wrapped it in bandages, to give it a chance of survival, but most of them burned because of the egg's heat. Some weren't burned, I wonder if the pokemon inside wants them there?

I'm going to end this a little early, because I've already picked out the winner!
And the winner is...
daring girlfriend!
I thought that your idea was extremely practical, and a possibility to how to egg
had been wrapped in the bandages.
I would also like to offer the first ever RU to its_souleh. Please post here with what
initial type you'd like your egg to be, and after it's drawn, it will be hatched two days after.
