Brightstorm nodded "She was headed in the direction of the river. So it could be a possibility that she went to get a drink of water but I didn't follow her." she frowned. If anything happens to her it would be over her head because she didn't follow after.

Dewpaw frowned "Maybe he thinks you are ready to be a warrior? And that you don't need his help." she tried to cheer him up. She tried to imagine herself being ignore by her mentor, well mentors, but could not see it happen.

(Dewpaw is still at the training hollow, i am pretending he is setting something up for defensive training and what not xD but she is chatting with Blazepaw in the hollow.)

Dewpaw was keeping pace with the larger tom and shrugged when he asked his question "I haven't learned anything and I don't think I can learn it all in one day." she chuckled lightly. "I am small though so maybe some defensive moves? A cat has to protect herself right?" she beamed a smile at him.

(This was from earlier but I felt I had to interact with those in the hollow)

The tabby she-cat pads over to Dappledheart and Lionstar, dipping her head in greeting. "I apologize for making you wait." She says, apologetically, looking over at the two cats

Cloudstripe

The warrior pads back over to the apprentices, letting out an amused purr. "I apologize for making you wait Dewpaw, are you ready to start?." He asks before looking over at Blazepaw. "If you'd like to you can join us after Dewpaw learns some of the basics."

Dewpaw's ears flicked at the word basic, now he would know she didn't know much about fighting and put on a fake smile "I am ready when you are!" she purred in delight.

Dappledheart turned to Willowleaf. "Hello." she mewed. The embarrassing moment faded from her eyes as she turned back to Lionstar. "We had best be off, then." Dappledheart mewed again.

The tom flicks his tail and circles around Dewpaw, thinking of what to start with. "You wanted to start with defense, so I'll pretend to be, let's say a Stormclan warrior who has stolen prey within the territory and you caught them. He is almost twice your size and proceeds to be the aggressor in the fight." He explains, stopping in front of her as he explained the scenario. "You must depend on your instincts to defend from the larger tom. Do as you would in this situation. I want to test how well you could fight without knowing any specific techniques." He says, crouching into a fighting stance

She nods in agreement and turns to Lionstar, twitching her ear slightly. "Should we be ready for combat in case it doesn't end well?" She asks
