Sailor and Jay are just 2 people who have custom Shinequids.

and Eleusis Is bred from a shinequid and a non shinequid. So hence she would be a half shinequid.

I am stressed, I have been moving. I am only trying to understand why a shinequid has the traits of both an event and a theme. And how others are still able to get them as customs when the theme is apparently over.

Cavy, I made the shinequids as a theme, not an event. Eleusis and many other shinequid x nonshine foals are not half shine, half shines don't exist. I have said that many times but people don't tend to listen lol

I personally gifted Sailor the 6th shinequid in the theme as a custom and appariently Jay got one also (never seen it, is it pretty? XD) but isn't created by me so I don't know if that one counts as part of the theme or not. I personally do not count it as part of the theme but that is just me, as far as I am concerned there are the 6 shinequids I made. Jay's might be part of the theme if horsy says so but yea xD cant help you there

Shinequids don't have a trait of any event equids. They are able to pass on a tiny bit of their shine to their foals (Eleusis was actually too shiny.. she shouldnt have gotten that much) cause I thought you guys might like it, but I am somewhat regretting that now.. I guess I will change the rule that they cannot pass on any shine at all anymore to help clear up concerns/questions.

Since that's the deal with every special or theme
Even though in my mind they'll always be half because of the charts horsy approved I'm just so used to thinking of them as half idk

There was four adopts, then Kita had made two customs. Her Shimmer and Sailors, I wouldn't even count Jay's as a shinequid, just a dracquid because the theme was done before his was posted. Eleusis isn't a half shinequid; Kita makes very little of the shine pass on but it doesn't make them a half at all. Its like when Dracquid foals get the little mustache, its just a small hint of their parent but it doesn't make them a half anything. There is no half shinequid, and its probably best you didn't say she is.

Shinequids are not an event, they are just a theme. No one is getting a custom shinequid, since the theme is done. There is 6 of them; Shimmer, Uno, Celestia, Sharkisha, Gallifrey and Círdan.

Kita wasn't directing it at you, she was directing it at everyone. She was not being condescending; she was explaining it. It's hard to come off polite about these things especially after people have all been told multiple times. Don't take it personally, I'm sure she's just tired of this whole half stuff getting the best of the community. But also because shes my friend I don't think its fair to accuse her of anything, horsy has made it clear that there is no such thing as a half theme; and that's understandable so don't accuse anyone; you were confused and they gave you clarity.

And no offense to everyone, but you all need to calm down. Even if there isnt a 'half' this and that, you're really only causing unnecessary drama to the fanclub. Ever since the challenge opened, its all been fights and hostile conversations. I'm really tired of it, and I don't care if you think its rude I'm posting this. I hate coming to the thread to see everyone being hostile and angry, if you're made then go walk it off; stop adding fuel to the fire.

I never formally introduced my newest herd member, Foible!

Foible is adventurous and a risk-taker, adorably sweet, and very innocent and naive. She's eager to please and overly-trusting, and so she's very often taken advantage of and convinced to do things she probably wouldn't do. Chaucer, my herd prankster, has taken Foible as a pseudo-accomplice, convincing the poor girl to help her with pranks.

Both Foible and Chaucer are open to friends, as well as victims to their pranking!

Can you guys just stop with the bickering, hostility, and being overall rude. Ever since the challenge opened and Horsy has stated a few things, that's all that has popped up. Its really upsetting to see it come to this when people are trying to explain and other people take offense so lightly. Can everyone just drop the topic since its been answered and discussed multiple times in the past few days? I'm not calling anyone out, its just tiring seeing this every time something changes or someone doesn't like something that is different or has been changed due to complications. This is all I have to say on the matter. Furthermore, here is a question.

There are equids who break certain rules because they were made before the rule.
There are not half anythings anymore
You can't get theme quids from challenges
I think that's every thing?
