Silvereye ~~☆ ━━━━━~━━━━━ ~~☆ ➣Silvereye is a damaged soul from a bitter beginning to life, a soul that has been sort of roughly patched back together to leave some injuries still tender and unhealed. Regardless, around his clan, Silvereye is closest to being himself than anywhere else. He struggles with handing out complete trust to many, but still he can be found smiling and socializing with many. However, he is easily set off and has a hot temper that flares up to shield him from pain. He is especially tender and yet especially strong emotionally, causing him to sometimes appear to contradict himself. He is exceptionally intelligent and thrives off of mental exercises. Being a deputy to Shadowclan has been great for him for this reason, as he is more than simply capable of helping Ashstar improve the way their clan is run. He is a creature who is logical in nature, but the damage done to him has convoluted that part of him as much as it has his less prominent emotional side. It causes him to oftentimes form quick, unchanging feelings for others. He is easily obsessed, easily persuaded into hatred, and so on. For this reason, it is often best to be cautious around Silvereye, as benign as he often is.
➣ Silvereye was born into a small clan that was once nearby to Lightclan and Shadowclan. His mother was beautiful she-cat named Rosethorn and his father had been the leader of the clan, Swiftstar. He had four other siblings, all of which were beautiful or strong or agile. And then there was himself, a horribly gnarled runt whose fur grew in patches, whose legs were twisted and spine bent, and whose right eye was clouded in complete blindness. His mother was terrified and appalled, his father mortified and loathsome of him. Silvereye is not sure how he was not simply smothered and killed. His existence was kept secret and he was kept captive to the very den he was born in, struggling with his deformities to even hobble about the dark enclosure. He was fed rotting scraps and scorned by the family members who would briefly visit him so that he could get the scraps of food they scarcely deemed him worthy of. But Silvereye was a resilient and curious cat. He wanted to know of the world he was being hidden from so, one one fateful day, he sneaked out of his den and exposed himself to the first time to sunlight. The clan he used to simply eavesdrop upon from his prison was appalled. He became a spectacle of horror and mockery. Beaten down by cruel claws and even harsher words, he was used as nothing more than cruel entertainment until, after a few moons of trying and trying to prove that he wasn't some sort of soulless nothing, he escaped. Given that he had been confined into darkness and enclosed spaces most of his life, he did not make it far before collapsing in exhaustion. He awoke to some rustling in the winter brush. Frightened that someone had come for him, he scrambled into hiding only to discover that the source of the noise was nothing more than a strange young she-cat. He watched her apprehensively, afraid that she would find him. She never did, but, completely shocking to Silvereye, he found his heart taken by her. For the next several moons, SIlvereye spent most of his lonely time figuring out just where she came from, and, once he found out that much, he would watch her from the safety of the bushes. He learned that the young she-cat's name was Leafpaw, and he watched her become Leafstone. For many moons he longed to show himself to her, but he was too afraid of what her reaction might be. So, he was forced to watch as Leafstone fell in love with another tom whose name was Firepelt. Brokenhearted on the night they became mates, Silvereye ran away from it all. In doing so, he ran across a group of rogue cats who took a great interest in harassing him for his deformities. However, he was saved by a strange tom who seemed to come out of nowhere. At first, upon the rogues being chased off, Silvereye shrank back and threatened the tom. However, to his great surprise, this tom did not react to his appearance. He offered a friendly smile and friendly words, offering to help him with his wounds and take him back to his clan. Of course, Silvereye refused in fear of trickery. However, after a few days of letting his wounds fester and infect, he had no choice but to let the strange tom take him to his clan and to the healer. Long story short, Silvereye was patched up and treated by the medicine cat of the clan he learned to be called Shadowclan. After much deliberation, he allowed the strange tome who had saved him to present him to the rest of the clan. After much convincing and promising that no harm would come to him from anyone, he joined the clan and never left the side of the tom who brought him to this tentatively wonderful clan. After many moons, the strange tom who had saved him grew to became Ashstar, leader of Shadowclan. Ashstar made him his deputy shortly afterwards. During this time, however, Silvereye discovered that the neighboring clan was none other than Lightclan, the very clant hat he knew Leafstone to be a part of. Temptation drew him to her once more, forcing him to hide in the shadows to see what had become of her during the several moons he had spent running away and healing from old wounds. He watched her romance with that insufferable Firepelt grow, watched as she was rightfully moved up the ranks to deputy. But he struggled to be happy when he knew that she knew nothing of him and never would, and all the while was loving a tom that clearly could not love her as much as he already did. He confronted Firepelt once in the shadows where he would be unseen, warning him to leave Leafstone before he hurt her. Of course, Firepelt didn't listen, and that was their last encounter until Silvereye got the news that Leafstone was going to have kits, until he got the news that she gave birth to those kits, until he saw those kits for the first time, until he watched Leafstone become Leafstar. No longer could he stand not to participate in her life. However, he still feared showing himself to her, and he found himself far too loyal to Ashstar to abandon Shadowclan for a chance in Lightclan. He devised a plan. "Leafstar doesn't deserve to be a leader of any clan." It was one lie he told that sparked a small movement in Shadowclan. Almost unwittingly, Silvereye began to devise the downfall of Leafstar, to take away her mate and her title. He hoped that if she was broken, that she would have no choice to not fear him but to come into his comforting embrace instead. He hoped that it would be tragedy which would make her overlook his gnarled appearance and accept him, and so, his plans commenced. He and a few other cats from Shadowclan ambushed Firepelt while he was out on patrol. Silvereye intended on killing him until he thought of just how cruel he was really being. However, he thought of his cruelty too late for, as he attacked Firepelt, he inadvertently knocked him down the sacred cliff where no cat should have plummeted to his death. Mortified, Silvereye retreated. Fearful to be called the monster he was so constantly accussed of being in his past, he spoke no word of his crime and now guiltily allows Ashstar to lie and claim that he was the one who killed Firepelt. However, his fear and guilt seem to be growing cold as he more and more is beginning to realize that, by accident, he had already stepped over one large barrier that was keeping him from Leafstar. Then why now should he stop?

Honeypaw ~~☆ ━━━━━~━━━━━ ~~☆ ➣ A little rebellious and a little rule abiding, Honeypaw is a bit if a contradictory feline. Capable of being both sweet and fierce, loyal and aloof, care free and strict, playful and serious, it seems that it is rather impossible to know what to expect from Honeypaw until you can see how she is behaving for yourself. She is a little restless, in a sense, but, of course, can contradict herself and seem calm. She feels like there should be a little more to life than what there is, not that her apprentice ship and the clan isn't important but...she longs for a greater stir of commotion of the day to day grind of life. She is unfailingly ill tolerant of rude, grumpy, or cold cats. In fact, she is the very first to get aggressive about it and demand that they change their attitude before she gives them a reason to feel like they do. Of course, Honeypaw has yet to realize that yelling at bitter cats does little to help their mood. On another note, at her young and blossoming age, Honeypaw is beginning to notice young toms and has become a bit of a casual flirt. However, from a young kit, she has always liked to charm the boys just a little. She really seems like a no strings attached kind of she-cat, but that's just because she seems increasingly obsessed with freedom. In fact, she often ponders over how life would be like if she left the clan all together to go out in search of a new life with more meaning and adventure than the one that is secured for her in Shadowclan.
➣ She was born into and raised in Shadowclan. Her father died if an infected dog bite when she had just become an apprentice. When the murder of Firepelt was made known shortly afterwards, her mother ran away in fear of what violence might break out between the two clans.
