For me, this is considering as art theft. Stealing/Copying aka referring to other people's signature layouts may offend that person. I suggest you have a small talk with the following user who copied you, maybe a small warning or suggestions about changing their signatures. If the person isn't willing to give some space for you to warn or talk, I guess you have to ask for help from others. ^^

Try determining if that user is really copying you first. Maybe it will strengthen your proves of their art theft and all. owo

Personally I think that if they are doing everything basically the same then its considered somewhat art theft.
But if they use the same layout but different theme and a little bit different to yours, I think its fine, because if no one can use a similar layout as you then they wouldn't have some more ideas for layouts to use. Say that you were looking around and you saw a beautiful signature with a great layout, have you ever thought of mimicking it a little? Like, just a teensy tiny bit, but mixed in with a little of your style?

Layouts, themes, styles, etc can not be copyrighted. However, if someone does use a layout (for example), in my opinion, that isn't theirs, they need to credit the creator. They don't have too, but it is the right thing to do.

If a player has copied you, reporting them will do no good as they haven't violated any rules. I do recommend you have a talk with the person who copied you, but make sure to keep it friendly.

☁xxx Basically this.If they steal your images/edits that is art theft, you can report them. If not then it's always gonna subjective whether it was copying or being inspired by. You cannot copyright a layout.

PyroSkeletor, copying a layout, at this time, is not considered a form of "art theft". If you talk with them to "give them a warning", you could be reported for bullying and harassment and then (from an outside POV) you are the only one in the wrong.
Basically, don't do this.

Like Kristen said, if you need to talk to them keep it friendly.

I do think the flowers are good on that gif. Any more would draw away the attention for the gif.

Anyhow, what would you use to make a cut image go at the same time? I would show it here, but irregular flashing might hurt some people's eyes. PM me if you want to see it. I used OIE to cut the image, by the way.

It's a bit fuzz fuzz but It's very nice, the gif is cool and I like how you split it, it would be better if 'Hi My Name Is' at the top, you can use another left like this:

I think it looks slightly off as some of the characters get cut in half; and i agree with Anohana, it looks a little fuzzy. But I think other than that it looks really pretty and colourful
