SO, what will be done and what are the requirements for this?
- First is first- once bought I will reporportion a few things that I see are off (It's frekin' 12:40 AM, don't blame me, the next time I get to it I'll fix the things. I'll make the front leg that shows most smaller and crap, readjust the head).
- The lines will be defined.
- There will the full coloring.
- Cell shading
- Lighting
- Simple background
- Character can ONLY be canine- I can work with dog or wolf.
- I will do line edits, but if they're too extreme I'll let you know."

Anyways, This is Uta, He has Blood powers, which means he can crystallize his blood at will. As you can see both his wings AND horns are made from blood! They are not always present, as he changes his horn shape when he wants, but this is him. AND I WANT TO SCREAM IM SO DANG HAPPY KJZHGKJDFGKJDFKB
