Fair? Anyone know what the PPS is worth?

I used to have it, they didn't give me much and I really regret it, they should be worth about 3 -= 2013 rares or 1/2 earlier ones... I THINK..

I disagree. The PPS is worth a normal 2014 rare. It's unfair to the top at the two '09 dogs are a fair swap.
