Been stalking for awhile and have yet to win one but; Anyone know why #49 was locked? and then removed..?

It has been found out that a few designs have been copied from somewhere else, therefore making it art theft. I'm assuming that's the reason for every Iqena that has been removed. I can't answer for sure though, but I know that was the case with two so I'm guessing #49 had the same reason.
