"I know. I have already seen it." Owlstar mewed, picturing the horrible wound on Silverdawn's throat. It would have taken her life if it was any deeper. He stroked Tumblekit's head with his tail.
"I am terribly sorry about your mother. But she will heal, and be strong again." He reassured the soon-to-be-apprentice. He thought about giving the kits their apprentice ceremonies now. It would do good to cheer up the camp.
"You know what? I'm going to give you guys your ceremony now. It's about time." He purred, standing up and walking out of his den.

"We can make it our den!" Bramblekit squealed, leaping forward into the den and rolling around happily. He flounced into one nest and wriggled around in it, enjoying it's comfort and warmth it provided.

Frostfur chased after her kits, carrying Otterkit "You have to stay in the nursery for now, and you didn't ask me first" she scolded them. She gave them a death glare waited for them to go back to the nursery

"Let all cats gather underneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!" Owlstar yowled, once he had reached the top of the ledge. As he waited, he caught sight of his mate rounding up their kits, who had apparently run off into the nursery. He purred as his son, Bramblekit looked and him and started bouncing, begging Frostfur to let him watch the ceremonies.

Bramblekit whimpered under his mother's glare and scolding, and plodded out of the den with his head down. His tail drooped, but flicked back up when Owlstar made an announcement.
"Look! Owlstar's calling a meeting!" He squeaked excitedly, looking at Frostfur with round eyes. Can I go?? Please!"

getting to my paws in pain, i limped out of the warriors den and sat out in the clan meeting, before laying couched on my side and peering up from the back of the large crowd.
