Hold on, what's with the sudden disappearance of Halfdracs? What prompted them to be considered only normal equids? I get that they aren't as special as the full Dracquids, but shouldn't they still be at least a bit special in their own right?

If that's the case i'm kinda sad since i specifically bred my equids to full drags to get half drags >.>
So that means Erabos and Viper aren't anything but roans?
But half skellys stay half skels?

I was originally going to name her Foible, but I'd like to hear some other suggestions! She's going to be an innocent, naive little filly with a taste for thrills, who is easily taken advantage of.

Her and my newest, Tarka have to be good friends, they're half sisters :3 Tarka is quite a laid back - exceptionally clumsy - outdoorsy type. She likes a good prank, but isn't nasty at all; the craziest prank she's done is hiding in the bushes for a while waiting to jump out on an unsuspecting victim :3

And on the half drag topic, I'm a little disappointed. I think I'll still personally consider them half-drags even though they are no longer officially considered it c:

Can I remind people to check the rules regarding special and event equids when ordering customs. Many people seem to be designing dragonquids that do not follow the rules

The poll explained:

Make more equids:
If you vote for this I will make at least 5 new equids a week. 5 may not seem much but I do still have full time work over the summer (no break for horsy )

Do more breedings:
If you vote for this I promise to do at least 4 breedings a week, announced at different times on different days to give more people a chance of a slot.

Host a Summer Event:
My plan so far:
People work in teams of 2-4 people to complete a range of tasks, from writing to quizzes, from art collaboration to sudoku, from word searches to spot the difference.
The idea of teams is to get people to work together and make friends, so you can team up with your friends, or you can advertise on the event topic for a random partner.
As you complete each task you get points, so quizzes you get points for correct answers, word searches by the words found, a set number of points for art and writing tasks. As you earn points you unlock prizes, with the overall highest scoring team earning a mega prize.
Some tasks will require people to work together, so for collaboration I would ask one person to make a sketch in oekaki, then the next person will do the lineart, the next colour, etc. So some can be assigned to one person, some you need to work together. It might also be good to get other team members to check your answers and double check things!

So it would be a full on event which I can set up when I take a few days off over the bank holiday weekend at the end of may.

Update the topics:
Anyone who navigates the equid topics will know how ad-hoc everything is, so I would be more then happy in my days off to fix everything that is wrong with the topics.
This includes a new navigation pane, new topics and the updating of all the rules into one equids rulebook (or rule topic!)
The rule topic would include every rule split into posts, so:
General Rules - Rules for all topics, such as no spamming, politeness, etc.
Adoption Rules - How to adopt, how to get customs, etc.
Breeding Rules - What you can ask for, what you can't, time frames, etc.
Species Rules - How they behave, what their coats look like, how quipping works
Special/Event coat rules - More detailed information on the special coats and how they work, etc.

Breeding/General Artist Competition
The community has grown larger and lots of people would love to get their hands on a new equid. So I was thinking of hiring:
2 New full time general artists
2 New full time breeding artists
5-8 potential guest artists
It would require a whole new contest, I want to test potential breeding artists with example couples and requests to see their outcomes, as well as testing the general artists designing skills generally, so doing generic, non-flashy equids and designing 1 special/event.

This disappoints me greatly. One of my goals is to own either a full Dracquid or a half Dracquid. What spurred this decision?
