The tom lets out a soft purr as he pads through the entrance, setting Crookedkit down a few fox-lengths from the nursery. "I won't tell anyone you snuck out this time, but if I catch you again I'll make sure personally that you're held back two moons from becoming an apprentice." He says half seriously, half jokingly

The small tom purrs softly, leaning down and taking a bite of his mouse. "Good luck with that." He says, looking over at Swiftpaw with a mischievous glint in his yellow eyes

"Yes yes, I will whenever you want to and I'm not busy." He replies with a small nod, sitting down across from the kit and curling his tail over his paws

Cypressheart padded out of the warriors' den. He closed his eyes against the glare of the sun while trying to see what the other cats in camp were doing. The tom sat down.

The tom climbed out of the apprentices' den. His head felt fogged. After a few more moments his head began to clear and his thoughts found clarity. He stepped over to the freshkill pile and rooted through until he found a small bird that looked appetizing. The agile tom sat down and took a small bite of his food and watched the other cats around camp through the corner of his eye. I wonder when Dappledheart will take me training again.

She awoke with a start when she heard the cats outside of the apprentices' den talking. Most mornings she had to be startled awake by noise or she would sleep in too long. The she-cat padded out of the den and squinted her eyes, waiting for them to adjust to the sunlight. Moonpaw looked at the freshkill pile enviously but knew that she didn't catch any prey the day before. If she did take any prey from it she would just feel guilty for the rest of the day. I'll have some later.

Snowfeather let out a satisfied 'hmph' and began marking the scent border as they made their way down the fence. She occasionally lifted her head to scent the area, catching the occasional stale whiff of dog or twoleg.


AspenStream stifled an angry gasp. "Those mange pelts!" she spat, her fur fluffing up making her look twice her normal size. "How dare they cross our border and steal our prey!"


Tigerkit let our=t a shriek. "i really don't know! I-I just went to the river!" the young tom shrieked, sounding desprate for the shaking to stop.

Tigerkit flopped onto his side. "I d=ont know!" He stated irratibly

Snowfeather could tell that the apprentice was getting bored. "Okay.'' she stated as they finished the border. She could spot Cloudwhisper and Willowleaf in the distance. "Hey!" She called. "When your finished marking the border, you two can head back. Tell Lionstar we didn't smell any fresh rouge scent! I'm going to take Dewpaw out for a hunting lesson!" with that she turned to the apprentice. "Sound good to you?"

Dappledheart
Dappledheart shook her head, angrily. "I don't know!" she meowed, crossly. "Let's go find Lionstar." Dappledheart spat, still angry. She started to run though the woods, making sure Aspenstream was behind her.

Cloudwhisper
"Alright! We will!" Cloudwhisper called, marking a stretch on the border. He flicked his tail in concentration. He needed to focus on being a warrior now.

He yawned and shook his pure white pelt. He was grooming the moss out of his fur as he heard a voice. He looked up and smiled "hi leopardsoul. It's a beautiful morning"

"Hello Palecloud. Would you like to go on a walk with me?" Purred Leopardsoul glad that he was awake.

She sighed as Hawkfeather left the empty nursery. I'm a kit, why can't I have any fun? she thought. Suddenly, Rosekit had a genius plan. I'll sneak out of camp! I'll travel all the way to StormClan territory! No one will miss me... Or even care. I won't get caught! Ohhh, I'll disguise my scent! She padded out of the den and went to the dirtplace. Grudgingly, she rolled in it until her scent was masked.
