I believe that is caused by sometimes the images being removed
from the actual place they were from before, the place where you got the link from.
Sometimes they do just glitch, I have found it out before and sometimes
refreshing helps too ^^

alright. do you want the whole thing transparent or the background?

Yes. The entire thing, but using the "direct link."
Because if I needed to do this again I'll need to know.
I know if you change the link with the background of the adoptable turned off it'll divert you to the image with the transparent everything and you can save it and then upload the image onto an image hoster. But all I need to know is the particular sequence I have to change it to.

I'm PRETTY sure it has to do with the:

To make it transparent,You have to change the 'auto' to 'png' and then press enter fo refresh the page,the image should be transparent when you save it and reupload it if you saved the adoptable itsself with the transparent/no background before posting it in oekaki

Also you can change the size by changing the 'large' to medium or small

Actually, I'm pretty sure it only happens if you don't use an image/gif hosting site before copying the URL ^^ this used to happen to me but now I host my images on imgur before using them. This especially happens when I use oie and don't host and image, by the way. I don't know any good gif hosting sites but there should be a few on the front. ^-^

Thank you all for the wonderful help! But, How would you exactly put the images on Imgur before you put them here? I don't have an account yet, but I'm just curious at how this works.

You don't need an account to use imgur. Just look it up, click the website and it will all become clear. Up the top will be a green button with the words 'upload image' or something like that, and from there just follow the instructions. It's very simple to use. ^-^

Yes it can ^^ I store most of my gifs and images on imgur.

And yes, usually when you don't save your images/gifs that you create on websites listed on the front page the site deletes it after like 1 hour. ^^

@snowstorm you don't need an account. Just copy/paste the link from the gif/image site to imgur by clicking the upload button at the top left on imgur. Copy/paste the link into that and then press upload.

You can then copy/paste the link from the uploaded pic on imgur onto your sig.
