Webb's design is fairly simple. His body and limbs
are chocolatey brown, and his tail is charcoal
black. He has red faded patches on him that bare
a slight resemblance to the legs of a Mexican
Red-Kneed Tarantula. Covering these red patches
are sketchy-looking rings in black. The fluke of
his tail has the same markings. The inside of his
ears, are black along with his paws, eyes nose,
and tongue. He has long upper canines, 'fangs'
that always stick out slightly from his lips. His hair
is long and extends down his spine, and is tied in
five places on each side in segments to more
resemble the tarantula's legs. They are tied with
bright red bands. His paws are completely black,
and his tail is covered in soft fur.

I chose to design a tarantula Makoatl because I
absolutely love tarantulas! My favorites are the
Mexican Red-Kneed Tarantulas, though they
are close with the Green Bottle Blue. I already had
an orange-and-blue design, though, so I decided it
best to stick with my favorite. I wanted to keep
his design fairly simple, so that it would be easier
for me to draw traditionally all the time, but I
don't think I would have done anything different
even if I wanted something overly compllicated.
His tail is covered in fur that lies close to the skin,
so that's kindof tough to do with a pen. But I mean,
we get the chance to design our own Makoatl, why
wouldn't I do a Tarantula?! They're
just so... Eight-legs of awesome!

Webb has a very complicated personality, though he
very seldom seems it. On the outside, he's always happy
and oblivious, very upbeat and optimistic. But in reality,
he is always thinking. He doesn't talk, sure, but that
doesn't mean he's mindless! He doesn't care about others
knowing what he's thinking, it doesn't matter to him at
all. They're his opinions, if they want to express theirs,
let them, but he's perfectly happy knowing them for
himself.
He can often be found outside, hanging out with a group
of his friends and having a ton of fun. He is a master at
Parkour, though his friends say it's because of his
'Arachnid Heritage'. He is not related to any kind of
arachnid at all, no matter how much he looks the part!
He's just great at parkour because he can do it mindlessly.
That's how he loves to do things, mindlessly. He can cook
a five-star meal and afterwards completely forget that he
did it, because his mind was so far off in the distance.
Webb truly sees everyone equally, everyone deserves the
same chances, the same choices, the same rights and
privileges as everyone else, he has no right to judge.
Webb doesn't like long conversations mainly because others
tend to ask a lot of questions. Webb doesn't use any kind
of 'words' at all, he doesn't write, or even use sign
language. If he can't answer your question, he'll shrug.
That's just the kind of response you get from him when
you ask him about his history, especially his love life. He
will add an eye roll to this if you ask him if he's had any
'partners' and shake his head. He just doesn't think he
would be able to hold a stable relationship without the
ability to communicate correctly. Plus, his mate would
have to have a
ton of patience to deal with him! He can
be a bit too goofy sometimes, especially in situations
where it is extremely inappropriate.
