Instructions are:

Whenever customs are open, just fill out a form and a Ferowl kitlet will be made. It will grow like the regular adoptables, but they have a higher chance of being uncommon, rare, very rare, and OMG so rare! But don't get your hopes up. It doesn't happen all the time.

Rules are:

Only fill out the form when customs are open! It's kind of like a special event thing that I will update everytime I feel like doing customs. Fill out the whole form and remember to follow the regular adopts page as well.
