The sleek tom noticed Celestial and Moon pad out of camp. He sighed. I thought she was my mentor.. He stalked after them, a bit let-down. He meowed and made the two cats look around at him. He did not sense the DarkForest tom nearly right beside him in the grass.

The mighty tom looked down from a tree at Moon, his new 'paw. He was quite agitated that Juniper had made him train the silvery she-cat, but he knew Moon had a great potential. Silently and effortlessly, he leaped to the ground and stalked after Moon and Celestial. Let's see.. if she's worthy, she'll sense me, but not report me to Celestial. She'll find the right moment to confront me, however she does. And if she does not I will speak to Juniper about giving me terrible apprentices after I'm dead and gone!

She felt movement behind her and whipped her head around. "He's here," Moon whispered to herself but decided not to tell Celestial. "Wait for me," she meowed and bounded after Celestial and easily catching up with her with a small leap.

He smiled wide. Good Moon. Being able to sense me. Only four apprentices I've been given have sensed me, out of seven. I trained five out of those seven. This is the sixth. He stalked after them stealthy.

Celestial reached the stream and skidded to a halt. She flicked her ear and sensed two moving bodies, " Moon... Do you hear movement?" She sniffed around, " I smell Shadow.. Wait Shadow? Shadow, get over here!"

He heard Celestial call him and he ran up to her. "H-hi Celestial.." He blushed, a bit nervous around the elegant she-cat.
