does anyone know a good site for overlaying images onto gifs? i know i can do it on oie but the image always breaks and goes to this random image source thing. [if you couldn't understand that basically it doesn't work]

i don't know any sites, but there's a program named gimp. i've never overlayed an image on a gif, but i'm pretty sure it should work, since it supports gifs. the gifs will be split into frames, though, i believe.
