Rats typically are hard to trade off, but with that said; if you find the right person you will get the rat's worth with ease.
If you want to find out more, browse the auction threads / trade threads and see what they go for.
It's unfair by approx a grinner.
Thanks so much for the help! However, may I get another opinion on whether or not I should accept this trade? I understand that rats seem to be very hard to trade off, and I'd like more opinions from experienced users (since I don't have any experience with list trades).

If you want to keep the rat, then it might be in your interest to accept the trade. If you would trade it off, probably better not to accept. Then there's always the question of morality with trades; does the other person know they are overpaying, and are they okay with that? If they're okay with overpaying then you only have to consider whether you'd prefer the difficulty of trading the rat off fairly or for overpay. If they aren't aware that it's overpay and you accept the trade, it's called "ninja trading" and while not against the rules, is greatly frowned upon since it makes people feel bad to get ripped off.
Please remember to post a trade only once per page. You can give feedback or make a different post more than once per page, but for the same trade, just once.
I was hacked. Not going to remake all my groups and such unless I feel like it. That's a lotta work. Don't bother with trades, everything's a mess.

Is it fair?
Depends on which pets your offering. Some pets have better demand than other pets with the same rank and year.
Unless the VR's from each year listed are rereleases from '09, it is unfair to the Kiss PPS; no matter what pet it is.
