SilverSong

SilverSong stared up, the last rays of the sun glinting in her eyes, and nodded. She rose to her paws and shook out her soft coat, her feathery tail swishing across the ground. She padded into the Warriors Den and settled down in her nest, the moss and leaves comfortable against her body. She tucked in her paws and closed her eyes.

EchoePaw

Echoepaw twitched her ears, her tiny paws pressing against the dirt. She twisted to lap at her fluffy pelt before getting up and trotting to the Apprentice Den. She sank into her warm nest and let out a content sigh. Echoepaw wrapped her soft tail around herself and closed her eyes, her small, pink nose twitching.

Baiselpaw started stretching and went to look at the herb store

Larksong sighed. "We need more marigold, poppyseed, and cobwebs. Tomorrow we will go get some."

"Alright Larksong!" I say happily and then I start bouncing around camp

SilverSong shifted in her nest, her fur still surprisingly smooth. She opened her eyes slightly. "A little drink sounds nice," She told herself. She rose to her paws and trotted out of the den. She padded to a small stream and lowered her head, the liquid cold on her muzzle.

Echoe paw stretched open her eyes. "I still got too much energy to sleep," She complained. She scented the air, noticing Fangpaw's scent was stale. She padded out of the den and through the entrance, looking curious. She followed his scent, her ears pricked.

"Mother! Can we go play outside of the nursery! Please, it's to small to play in here!" Lionkit complained and Hazelwing licked his ear. "Alright, no going outside the camp. I'll be getting some fresh kill. Amberkit take care of your brother, what about you Ashkit?" Hazelwing purred and nudged her half awake kit. "I'm not leaving, maybe soon." Ashkit mumbled and curled up in the moss. Both Lionkit and Amberkit dashed outside the nursery and played. Hazelwing spotted Silversong. "Hello Silversong, how are you?" She purred and glanced over at her kits and back to her.

Silversong glanced up from her lapping, water dripping off her chin. She shook it off and meowed. "I'm fine. I just needed a quick drink." She explained. SilverSong purred as she saw the kits playing. "They must be a handful!" She exclaimed warmly.

Echoepaw paused, looking puzzled. "Aw, great! I lost his scent." She complained. The apprentice scanned the area one more time before trotting back to camp, her paws crunching softly on the leaves.

Oakshade padding into the nursery pokeing his head in first to see who was there. He say ashkit curled up in the moss and padded over to him and licked inbetween the kits ears Hello ashkit. Tired? She said to the kit as he sat next to him

"Only Lionkit and Amberkit, Ashkit isnt as active as them though. I'm sure Lionkit will be a handful for his mentor. They grow up quick, only another 2 moons till they become apprentices." She purred. Hazelwing feels proud to soon watch her kits become apprentices. "I wonder if one will become your apprentice." She meowed
